    favorit atlet setiap orang berbeda beda dimata semua orang . tapi zheng siwei ini termasuk atlet yg luar biasa . baru masuk main di senior di pasangkan dengan chen qing chen menjadi no 1 dunia kurang dari setahun . keemudian di pasangkan dengan huang ya qiong kurang dari setahun juga menjadi no 1 dunia . belum ada atlet yang mencapai prestasi seperti dia .
    apa yg membuat dia seperti itu , kita harus pelajari , kita pasti bisa . semangat

    Even though the drills looks like proposterous but he deals with it seriously and at the same time enjoying it. I think that's what makes him stand above the rest. Same with other famous athletes, Manny Pacquiao, Kobe Bryant, Lin Dan, and many others. It's what you do outside the court that defines the kind of athlete you are.

      well.... what he was doing can't be called pull ups. They are half reps assisted by his legs, but even though they aren't strick pull ups they still have an effect, way more explosve for example. But it just isn't a real pull up, real pulls ups are meant to create muscle mass, that's why they are done strict, without leg aid and with full extension of the arm.

    I want to know how indonesian doubles players train, it seems like they have different style compared to any other country....they can't compete with china in terms of power and condition so they play more smartly like ahsan/hendra for example.

    • @jensenanderson4132
      @jensenanderson4132 4 ปีที่แล้ว +5

      i am indonesian, and i think indonesian men double teams are focusing on their 1 style(i think thats why indonesian people are very stylish on the pitch), they focus on attacking style and technical, different with china/korea... as like lee yong dae said, they train everything, like steps.. defense.. drive.. smash.. front court play.. and physical... so we often see videos that korean doubles player played single...
      i dont said indonesian people didnt train physical or others.. but they focus on attack and technical
      like me.. as a front court player.. i dont train defense much, bcuz i always go upfront the net after doing 1 defense and control the front court to start the attack explosively
      thats my opinion as indonesian... i hope it helps

      There is no place for slow and steady on the international level. Younger , faster players are being churned out every day. If you cannot catch up the game is not for you. Also badminton is an injury prone high impact sport. Every player - young or old, training intensely or slowly who has been playing badminton for some period of time will end up with injuries. Even those playing recreationally. This is a fact.
