Hello from Florida. Is the newer version microphone any better than these? Is the rechargeable battery in the newer version the only upgrade?
$50 is a huge price increase for only having rechargeable battery installed.
Whats that karaoke sound though is that coming from the mic or the speaker. Id like to hear of it can produce true to voice sound

I think JBL wireless mic only have 2 frequencies. That is why 4 mics won't work at the same time

2) in a case I lost one mic or stop working can it be pair if I buy a whole new mic jbl system and automatic sync I’ll only just need to select the channel ? Idont if you have this mic still but I’ll be good to run a test like these .
3) how good is it if I was to use it on a big PA SUSTEM mixer and all for male and female singers will it introduce so much feedback or just like any other tweaks and ready to go ? Does it have compression built in on receiver or must be controller by mixer ?

As long as ypur device has a mic input and you're able to insert the microphone dongle fully and properly. Yes it'll work. I have encountered speaker system where due to its design, button arrangements and curves, i wasn't able to insert the wireless dongle fully.. but very rare case.

U cannot connect the normal mic directly, however u can use a sound card with mic inputs to use a mic for your JBL charge 4

what does numbers on the mic mean CH-6?
Its the designated frequency of the mic to its wireless receiver. No need to do anything whennu buy it. Its programed from the factory.

Yes. Its comptible with any sound system that has a standard 6.3mm jack input. As long as ypu are able to connect the receiver properly. Its gonna work. Check ur system's connectivity & make sure there's no obstacle to the wireless reciever.

What does CH-123456 IN THE MIC MEANS?
CH is the specific frequency for the mic and the speaker unit..
Whats the purpose of CH indicator on the mic?
I think there's no real purpose to show the ch indicator, but if u buy the wireless mic and use it with pb otg, a partybox model with built in mic, u will notice that the mic is ch 6, and one if these mics also ch 6, which will never work at the same time.
Can you use the mic with a jbl boombox?
Not directly. U need to get a device callex sound card
My $9 Singing Machine mic technically works with an adaptor tip downsizing to aux tip size. Volume is rather low with no apparent way to increase it other than on the boombox which is still too low. Also, I guess it only plays out of one side being mono (?)
Actually it does play out of both sides/speakers. Main problem other than bit low volume is you have to talk for a few seconds to get it to work and it will stop after a few seconds of not talking into the mic.

Both works at the same once you connect the reciever to your device

Yung adjust tge echo, bass, treble from your karaoke unit po, or speaker system. If u own a partybox, depends on the model, you can adjust through the control panel or through the partybox app😊

Radio frequency po ng mic sa receiver yung ch.
i bought these from amazone and had to return them....one mic would turn itself off after around 20 minutes...the reciever also turned itself off aftre around 30 minutes...absolute rubbish product. I have JBL speakers and love them but this thging is rubbish....i bought a different device .. Toner...and it works as it should do. If you buy them make sure to test them properly and send them back if they switch off by themselves. I notice they are not available currently on amazon...i think the company might have problems with them.

I'm not sure about how many faulty units ypu are sure about. But for sure out of 1,000 manufactured pcs., about 2 or 3 might be faulty. Not just JBL, but all electronic products my friend.

Sir yung JBL Encore Enssential po ba pwedi gamitin yung mic na yan. Pero sa AUX isasaksak? Kasi yung nabili ko po is walang saksakan ng mic dahil meron na siyang kasamang mic. Ang problema lang iisa yung mic kaya gusto ko sana bumili niyan.
Sir yung model na nabili nyo is Encore. May supplied mic pero walang mic input. Unfotunately, hindi po pwedeng kabitan ng external mic yan sir. Hindi din po compatible sa JBL wireless mic yan
