Hello! Can you explain the $50 difference in price increase from the older version mics to the newer ones. What are the differences to make that $50 increase worthy? Also if you had 2 speakers,and one set of 2 mics( 4 total) in each speaker, would they interfere with each other, or would that work? Thanks for the video,and any answers.
@@borg386 newer version has a built in battery with type c charging , it is worth the upgrade because instead of using double a batteries it is more convenient to charge the mic itself , if you have 2 sets of mic with different receiver i guess there will be no problem using it at the same time just make sure you have sufficient slot for the receiver.
I have a jbl partybox on the go (it comes with the same mic model) but one of my microphones broke down, can I buy the microphone set and reconnect the new microphone directly to the speaker without using the reciever?

Or even if I put on mixer compressor sound would be distorting ? I’ve maybe comparing to wired shure or a Ev wireless but my point is can it be control after the transmitter cause I don’t really see any gain or reduction of anykind from jbl transmitter or receiver ?
Yes definitely it was meant for party box for marketing strategy, But still the mic will function well in mixer, powered speakers, audio interface with mic input, about controlling gain the wireless receiver doesn't have any , it's just a power button to turn on or off, so you will rely on interface you plugged into. I still prefer wired mic most likely in recording. About distortion iv'e tried this with mixer and set gain around 60-70 % and it still giiving a nice signal not capping with distortion. Still along way to review this microphone specially with those audiophile out there.

I bought a jack cable adapter to put it on my computer but there is no sound coming out of it. The people at the store said i could use it on my computer but I don't know if I need a softwear or an app or to go dig through my settings. Thanks for your reply, it would help me a lot!

hello sir , nice question , iniisip ko din po ito , since may input for dynamic mic and v8 sound card , but i guess mas ok po ang pre amp ng party box compared sa v8 soundcard which i don't recommend , ived used v8 for a while and switching to a more quality sound interface really make a massive impact to the sound quality even for those cheaper microphone out there.
I am using the xs1 Sennheiser dynamic mic, balance ang sagap nya low and high lalo pag may reverb o using soundcard. kung aoft and bosses mo at ayw mo mawla yon pag nakamic ka mas ok Sennheiser, dko pa natry ang shire pero nlalaksan ako masyado sa sagap nya ms ok sya sa live gig pero pag indoor recording and streaming ngndhan nako sa sennheiser.. ewan lng itong JBL kung ok sa nrecording and live singing using soundcard...
you can control it on amplifier , mixer , or software if you are using audio interface. That's the only way you can modify , reverb/echo , bass and treble in this mic
I rather choose cheaper wireless mic that using removable 18650 battries.AA drain fast..i found that my cheaper mic identical to these jbl mic.the price was unreal for the performance it gave.

There's a bunch of wireless mics that have the same specs as these JBLs at a fraction of the cost. They make speakers not mics. They source them from China and slap Jbl logo and hike up the price.
yup jbl logo really mark up the price, For the specs and materials of this mic , but still it depends how the consumer will react , I make this videos to help them preview this mic before considering buying it .
i bought these from amazone and had to return them....one mic would turn itself off after around 20 minutes...the reciever also turned itself off aftre around 30 minutes...absolute rubbish product. I have JBL speakers and love them but this thging is rubbish....i bought a different device .. Toner...and it works as it should do. If you buy them make sure to test them properly and send them back if they switch off by themselves. I notice they are not available currently on amazon...i think the company might have problems with them.

The jbl mics are trash, you need to speak with your mouth touching the mic to be able to get decent sound!! if you speak like 10 cm away u wont hear a thing, they are just garbage.

First , on what purpose did you buy this for? Yes you can use this on a personal computer but you need an external audio interface and software ,
