The US is in a sad state of affairs. When you have half the country that has lost all it's morals and are easily manipulated by someone as pathetic as Trump, you know that this country only has further to fall. The damage done by Trump and his fanbase will take generations to clean up

What they are thinking is one thing. How they interact is equally important. Those two lawyers will have an outsized say in the verdict.
This man has been able to convince so many POC community members in my blue sanctuary city to wear red hats and wave FJB flags. We should all be absolutely terrified at what we're witnessing. Lock him up before he can do more damage.

No it doesn't. It's actually incredibly typical. The prosecution is required to prove the guilt beyond a reasonable doubt, not the defense to prove their innocence.
No defense attorney worth their salt will put their client up for cross examination.

Problem is it only takes 1 out of 12 to get a hung jury. I think in any case if 9 out of 12 say guilty. It should be guilty. If 4 out of 12 say not guilty. Ok then make it a hung jury. But not just 1

So it will most likely be dismissed. There's nothing in the constitution or laws about unconstitutional modifications to the 4th ammendment.
