You also have to order from special purveyors if you are overseas(relative to Japan), you can't really get it just from your local butchers. Also Kobe wouldn't be cut in that manner, looks more like a korean style cut than Japanese. Probably lucky if its "Kobe-style" where it's a similar breed of cattle reared in a similar manner, but a lot of the market just uses the known name to jack up the prices

Hi !! Quang Happy Tuesday .. The kobe steak and eggs , corn looks delicious. For dinner I made a bone broth garlic butter wine sauce and I made some u cong gold roasted potatoes with red onions, yellow bell peppers and had a garlic Italian herb grilled chicken and I pour the sauce over the chicken and set it in the pan the sauce bubble . My recipe came out on top of the world my family really enjoy my cooking. I think that I want to pursue my gift. I never went to cooking school . God just gave me the gift of cooking. ..
