Zum ersten Rezept
Ist bestimmt gut, aber das Brot ist zu weich, da das Brot auch innen das Ei aufgenommen hat, aber da nicht gebraten wurde. Es wäre besser wenn man erst innen Brot anbrät, dann das Brot aus der Pfanne nimmt, die nicht angebratene Seite vom Brot ins Ei legt, und dann in die Pfanne legen und dann belegen, so ist das Brot drinnen dann auch knusprig.
Das zweite Rezept ist nicht besser. Ich würde es auch anders machen, Toastbrot muss nun mal knusprig sein und nicht Pasch.
