- A quick and delicious egg toasts are ready in just 5-10 minutes. Some people like tough and fast version of videos, but other people find it difficult to watch, so I made the collection videos by re-editing the videos in 'Gentle version' so that you can just focus on cooking process.

I've also seen it called egg-in-a-hole or eggs in a nest. I usually toast the cut circle separately, but I love this twist.
Yeah, and we usually did the egg over-easy, without breaking the yolk.
