I find myself using this one all the time, because often times the IPHONE gets temperamental and doesn't want to pair! With two phones and an I PAD, sometimes they compete for the bluetooth signal, so I have to shut one off in order to be sure my main business phone pairs perfectly! I have two resound Linx 3D hearing aids, both are for my right ear (one is my back up) I have paired the one to my iPhone and also to my TV Streamer without any problems and it is working great. My problem is, I can not pair my spare to either my iPhone or my TV Streamer. I followed the same directions that paired my first hearing aid but to no avail. I sure would like some help in this matter. Thank You.
What if your hearing aids are rechargeable and do not have battery doors? I had to reset my iphone and now they will not connect with my hearing aids. The phone does not detect the hearing aids at all. Do you have to put them in the charger or what?

Hi, you can also change the audio routing setting. click the setting tab, then general --- Accessibility --- Hearing aids --- and then there is a tab called "audio routing for calls and media." You have three options, "Always hearing aids, Never hearing aids, and automatic."

i need assistance as I had one hearing aid sent off for repairs and settings put in it, but after i received it at home the left one needs to be linked to the right hearing aid without going to the hearing professionals office.
I thought Android was suppose to have this figured with version 10. I have owned Android for years but I had to go to iPhone as Android works but to much disconnections and phone problems. Thanks Apple
I can set it I have had them for a long time 5 pair over time it was my phone was messed up, and also I had gotten one sent after being completely rebuilt and was trying to get the new one to sync with the other and went back to my doctor and the girls in the office said they could do it gave them back to me and I tried them before I left and they were still the same I keep telling them that neck thing had to be put around my neck to sync them. After an hour they finally agreed and they did it but they didn’t adjust them or test them I just need my own stuff to my set them I could be a better hearing aid doctor than what I’ve been through

Hearing aids are already paired but cannot open the app up to use.
