Absolutely one of the best moments ever on the show. Everyone rallying around Andy, who only wants to be liked, then cheering him outside as he's truly touched by their gesture is poignant and beautiful. The shot of Dwight with his arms around Jim and Pam is a brilliant touch too.
At this moment, Andy was just as much, if not more, of a true manager as Michael Scott. These people adored him wholeheartedly. This was great writing. Too bad Andy’s arc didn’t continue along this line.

Saaamee. I wish they hadn't undermined his and Erin's relationship, either. They made us root for them, and then just chucked it out the window, by making Andy a dick.
Andy started out annoying. Then it was great when he was with erin, and even though towards the end since he came back from the trip he's become a bit of a baby again I think by then end of it when he quit the office to pursue music he redeems himself again especially when he sang that song.

Angela has her moments. I love the part where Angela is yelling at Kevin and Holly interrupts because she thinks Kevin is mentally challenged and Angela says with this smirk, "that's very offensive Holly."
I loved Andy so much. He's a great leader, and him standing up for the people in the Office to Robert is one of the reasons. Such a shame they ruined him
You can see the cast are having a ball here. They are just enjoying the scene and loving watching Ed Helms performance and the wackiness of this scene. You can also see how much they all really love and appreciate working together and how close they are. I find the whole scene hilarious but also the reaction of the cast makes me smile
This is one of my favorite episodes. I love how they flip it on Andy in such a wholesome way and I LOVE seeing the Office actually efficient for a brief moment.

Probably not because exposing yourself like that you have to sign paperwork and have everyone else sign it. If you don’t you can get in a lot of trouble, ask Chris Pratt
Hilarious; the ending is an example of how they did a great job balancing funny without letting it become vapid or toxic/negative. The awkwardness humor works because the characters' absurd antics are balanced with being sane/normal.
Am I the only one who thinks that Robert California is the only one who truly understood the office, in the end everything he said was true. About underdogs, about sex, about fear running our lives, and about not being flattened by anyone. He is the only one who truly took control out of all the show's executives, he showed the most confident and dominant personality, he doubled productivity and even inspired everyone to do better and the scene with the Halloween story helped a lot of them overcome their problems, even the unstoppable rebel, Jim, was under his control. I bet the argument he made to Jo Bennett for taking her job, is that running these people is a pain in her ass, in one glimpse he could see the lack of discipline, the fear, the complacency, and unexceptional nature, but he could work with that, he could do much more than a regional manager, so he decided he should be in charge and place one of them, an incompetent, but good-at-heart underdog as manager (he understood that Andy like Michael, inspired the unexceptional, which is why the branch had been so effective in the past), even she was beginning to see the hell it was to run things, so she decided to still be a shareholder, but not an executive, and let the only guy who could manipulate the office, take control. After all, they already made him boss, which means they listen to him. His downfall, of course was his divorce and obsession Nellie, which distracted him from doing his job right, even to the point of closing entire branches.
