River Barb Fish Pickle / ສົ້ມປາຂາວ
Ingredients / ส่วนผสม
1 cup garlic minced / กระเทียมสับละเอียด 1 ถ้วยตวง
1 tbsp. granulated sugar / น้ำตาล 1 ช้อนโต๊ะ
3 tbsp. sea salt / เกลือทะเล 3 ช้อนโต๊ะ
2 cups cooked sticky rice / ข้าวเหนียวสุก 2 ถ้วย
All-Purpose flour / แป้งอเนกประสงค์ / แป้งทอด
2 eggs / ไข่ 2 ฟอง
Instruction:
After finished ensure to put them inside the sealed
container or Ziplocs bag and leave the fish to ferment for approximately 3 to 4 days before serving.

Is the fish pretty salty after frying it since already added lots of salt
Initially, there is no salt added; I put a pinch of salt. Ensure to use your judgment.

You can make pickle fish with Salmon, or the fish that has clear meat.
