Beef Stew / Ragu Recipe
Ingredients
3 lbs. Beef Chuck
5 fresh tomatoes
6 golden potatoes
4 carrot heads
1 white onion head
2 stems of celery
6 cloves of garlic
4 pcs whole mushroom
2 tbsp. vegetable oil or Olive oil
1 tbsp. steak seasoning
1 tbsp. of chicken bouillon
1 tbsp. of fish sauce
1 tbsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. of salt
1 tsp. black pepper
1/4 tsp. oriental special five spices
250ml beef broth
1/2 tsp. paprika
1 tbsp. oyster sauce
1 tbsp. tomato paste
15oz. One can of tomato sauce
