Another reason eBay has gone to sh**. I remember back in the day, if someone got caught shill bidding they’d get kicked off for 30 days….and if they got caught multiple times they’d get the permanent boot. But eBay knows shill bidding artificially pumps up prices; the higher the sale the more eBay gets. By the way, nearly every one of these sales you’re showing has been relisited. Funny you showed the SAME Steinbach twice (sold for $499, got relisted, sold for $400…..and yes, got relisted again)….do your homework before you decide to waste a bunch of people’s time please
this is why ebay charges 15% on card sales. this schill seller paid few hundred bucks for these fake sales. unless they cancelled them all or something
hey this is a cool youtube channel. I am a 10 year old and my dad gave me all of his cards when he was a kid in the early 90s. I started my own youtube channel opening up cards, your youtube has given me some good tips. thanks.
Did you notice all of these cards sold with only 1 bid? I will explain how this works because I know people who sell on Ebay (Not Cards) just random stuff The seller will post an item on Ebay for a ridiculous amount or start it off really cheap. You will notice 1 bid, and if you bid on that item with that ridiculous amount, you will outbid that bidder with only 1 bid. Now you are the high bidder, and the seller expects you to pay when the auction is over. If it's posted really cheap and you bid, the bidder will outbid you until you reach the price the seller wants to sell it for. So, how does this happen? How does the seller get 1 bid on all these ridiculous items, especially worthless Junk Era Sports Cards like these? They have family & friends, co-workers who sign up for Ebay, and they will have them bid on their stuff or use login their account to bid on the item they are selling I know people who do this, and it's 100% wrong. Ebay has no way in tracking this. Some people have been caught but most people do not
All these bids have just one bid which means someone is putting their own cards up then bidding high numbers to try to make people believe those are real errors don’t fall for it

All one bid each? Looks like a pump up. These cards are not that rare.
Someone definitely bid on their own cards, hoping for that one sucker to come along and bid even higher. No such luck.
