- About SmartShelters. Take a tour through our office and factory located in Wiri, Auckland, New Zealand. Our shelters are manufactured to the highest standard for New Zealand's extreme weather conditions. We're the pioneers of taking easy installation of permanent structures to new heights and new spans.
We are a friendly and committed team that takes our work seriously with a focus on client satisfaction and quality craftsmanship. All our shelters are customisable, adjustable, relocatable and have a 12-year warranty.
Our roots go back 100 years, to our beginnings making military canvas products for the Allied troops in the First World War. The Cottle-family took ownership of the business 50 years ago, and we're in the fourth generation of family management.
