An unbelievable and honestly undeserved increase in production value. I also have no idea how Geoff managed to swindle a star like Sally Darr into appearing on this .. this absolute sham but congratulations on riding her coat-tails for an episode at least. Johnny is a mini Geoff in his own devious way, only Johnny's ethically questionable practices actually lead to tangible results. He gives us a glimpse into what it would be like if Geoff were truly wise. Great segment thanks Johnny

Johnys segment was the best segment ever
One of the best episodes of the podcast, Amir on absolute fire in the first half whilst Sally had no clue that it was all a bit. Then Johnny coming in with another all time classic segment.
Love that even in the room, unable to check emails, Amir's still sort of capable of... drifting away for the last 20 minutes. Kind of thinking he might have had a PA broadcasting a screen of his Twitter feed behind the camera.

based on his reactions I feel it's entirely possible Geoff turned Amir's cans WAY louder than everyone else's as an act of petty insurrection against Amir's image in the Headgum canon
Watching this show is my burden to bear, my retribution for the totality of my sins. It permeates my subconsciousness with a grim feeling of dread and despair with little to no hope of redemption. Will recommend to friends and family.

The "too loud" bit genuinely wore me down and made me more and more pissed off as the episode went on. For the first time in my life, I sympathized with Amir. The first actually not terrible episode in a long time with decent content and vibe and he ruins it. Geoff should have never been.
