There’s a saying “ Oh what a tangled web we weaved when we try to deceived....”
A government official should always portray a good example of a good leader, showing manifestation of Trust, Confidence, Accountability and Transparency. There should be no Confidential funds in any form of government programs and activities because these are People's money and nobody should take it or use it personally, much more confidentially. The book of government expenses should always be open to public for audit and scrutiny.
Parang tatay niya kung walang maayos na paliwanag eh mang babastos na lang.
Kung para sa social services pala, bakit kailangan patago ang pag-gasta ng pondo? Para ba maka-iwas sa audit? Tingin ko, yang CIF ay availed of by unscrupulous gov't officials at non-mandated intelligence offices para ma-ibulsa ang pera ng bayan.
Go Sen.Hontiveros ikaw na lang maasahan sa pagbusisi ng budget sa Senado , sana manaig ang katotohanan .

Let's not forget what Sara said in a press conference "ayaw nila kasi ginagamit namin ang funds para makita ang connection nila sa NPA" - like really? you are using funds as VP to look into the makabayan block's supposed connection to the NPA? That is not part of your mandate. Diyos ko

At this point in time intelligence funds is needed by Our Coasguard, Navy, law makers needed to increase their intelligence funds budget, specifically at this unprecedented time on what happening in West Philippines sea, South China Sea. We need Protect the Sovereign territorial rights Of the Philippines.

7.7B contingent funds so extravagant spending considering the huge debt of our country. It should be reduced more than half of the amount.
The transfer of funds is technical malversation plain and simple. And OVP must be reprimanded and action must be taken against violators of the law. That's people's money and no one is authorized to use it without proper process allowed by the law.
