Sir my mom had a history of hypothyroid and varicose vein in legs, starts swelling and right side abdomen pain then consult nephrologist they diagnose it is nephrotic syndrome
Protein in urine 40%more than normal
Creatine-norml
Efgr-more than 60-103
Albumin-1.6
Pus cell-15-20
They said biopsy
In my opinion RVT can cause nephrotic syndrome due to varicose vein that block renal vein it cause increase protein
