Water from bowl behind, very questionable. I doubt its clean water. Squeezing with hand and no gloves, defnitely a no. And finally, no ice? Served room temperature in a country that is mostly hot? Triple no. But. I do feel for the guy working, he has to make ends meet for himself and any family. If he just made certain cleanliness adjustments to his procedure, would go a long way.
