Remember this you always notice their cleanliness nut there is no serious virus that came from their country sometimes the cleanest person have many sickness in their body its reality. Im from philippines if got a chance to visit india i will not hesitate to eat their street foods. Atleast their not eating alive animals

What my mom does is she mixes the pulp with water and milk then she strains the juice. You will have to be patient while starining . After everything is strained she takes a mixer adds the strained juice powdered sugar ,black pepper powder and banana .Then she makes a juice she leaves the banana in pulpy small pieces. Some times she adds fresh sweet coconut shavings. Then she puts the whole thing in refrigerator till it's chilled. Just thinking about it makes me sooooo happy😊

Juice made out of this fruit is amazing to drink in a hot Summer day. Refreshes you and the fruit itself is good for your digestive health. Also this fruit is favourite of Lord Shiva.
This is not the same bel. This has a sour taste It's called kodbel in Bengal. That bel is different used for making summer drinks and its leaves are used in worshipping Shiva.
This fruit is called Kavath (कवठ) in Maharashtra, India and the this recipe is called Tikhat Kavathachi Chatani (तिखट कवठाची चटणी). You can also make sweet chocolaty version of it using equal amount of jaggery and adding a pinch of cardamom powder. You can eat it during religious fasting as well.

This fruit is called Kavath (कवठ) in Maharashtra, India and the this recipe is called Tikhat Kavathachi Chatani (तिखट कवठाची चटणी). You can also make sweet chocolaty version of it using equal amount of jaggery and adding a pinch of cardamom powder. You can eat it during religious fasting as well.
