Great points raised here, but you forgot to consider the arc of the lower arm? The lower arm length/pivot will determine camber change too?? Surely??

Is there a bushings kit to replace the ones on the stock upper with spherical type?

My s550 irs swapped F100 project needs these arms!

Would you recommend a shorter arm for road courses or longer arm?

Now I know your pass code. I'm holding it for ransom! Send me a bunch of your parts for my 2020 pp1 so I can go fast and I won't tell anybody 😁

How low can you lower on the stock ones?

Why wouldn’t you want the poly with this design?

help me understand why on earth the sleeve is externally threaded into the arm body? All you need was a smooth-bore with the pinch bolt and the sleeve was going nowhere. Hell you could put a circlip on the other end to prevent pull-thru.

Is that a serious question? That is the part you turn when you are on the alignment rack. Please do not make your own products and let someone else align it for you - they will be very upset. :)

@@KellTrac of course it's a serious question. currently you have a thin-wall shell sticking part way out of it's threaded bore which is hardly a strong arrangement. And then you have the eyelet shaft extended even further. If I do decide to buy this part I will promptly ream the arm hole, and make a new shell with just inner threads. That way turning the shell drives the eyelet shaft in and out while remaining fully encased and registered within the arm.
If the eyelet shaft is too short to cover the needed range, I would make an alternate shell with say a 12-15mm shoulder.

@@matthewpatton5398 I think you are reaching. Get the part in your hands, install and enjoy. These arms are the best design currently available. Enjoy!

Oh I agree the arm is the best design out there. I just think the joint interface in question should have been built stronger.

@@matthewpatton5398 yeah - you're basing it off of imagining the design. If you held them, installed and used them you would realize there would never be a time the design is weak as you would never ever need to run the adjusters all out. The fact is, no setup would ever need to place the adjuster as you're imagining it. 99% of the install and adjusts will be mostly all threaded inboard and extremely strong. There really is not debate here. 👍

Did you say you were going to 4.56 gears with the Whipple?

Already have 56’s in my car. When I heard that I was like hmm let’s put a Whipple in the car.

If you bought the poly bushings can you buy and install the delrin bushing at a later date… awesome video… building a 2020 wipple as well doing suspension now… I want the best so I don’t make the same mistakes others make and end up costing them more then if they just bought the correct parts in the first place!!!
