From my point of you it won't be sweet enough because you used bitter chocolate. May I use milk chocolate instead of bitter chocolate? I tried that cake one week ago but I had a problem with the baking pan it was 28cm and it was baked in 15 minutes and there wasn't any cream inside like yours. If you like sweet, you can add powdered sugar. You can also work with milk chocolate, but then the ratio is different-you have to add 600 g milk chocolate and 300 ml whipped cream. Chocolate wave cake has one biscuit and one layer of ganache cream on it. No cream inside. It just looks like that when you cut it. The size of the mold (26 or 28 cm) will not affect. Greetings! 🙂🙂❤️

This is not a good recipe, I made it and it didn’t come out good. Whereas I tried another one on TH-cam of the same cake after this disaster and it turned out amazing . I am really sad I wasted so many ingredients.

I dont recommend anyone to make this cake. It so gross and not delicious at all. I mean, for frosting is butter with yolks (plus cream and sugar, but it doesnt make a difference). Feeling bad for wasting my time on this, but al least i know what not to make anymore. I googled another recepies of ikea cake and they are all the same. So no.
