For your mom, I suggest she brings clothes made mostly from natural fibre like cotton or linen. Also don’t forget to bring sunblock or sunscreen creams or lotion and insect repellents specially for sand ticks and mosquitoes. Brining a sun hat is good and sunglasses would be good too.

Just pack something very light. Clothes for summer. Just bring a single thin cardigan that you can wear in the airplane. A wide brimmed hat will be helpful against the sun.

Dima you should tell your mother not to worry about all the wrinkled in her clothes because here in the Philipiines we are use to wear and wash the clothes we wear! Because here in the Philippines it is a trôpical country so we didn't really care if what were wearing is wrinkled or not , so for us it's ok to have it clean and wrinkled than it is all iron out but soilied 😗😙😚😘😍😎😎😎

Depends on where you will be settling in the Philippines. If you'll be going to Samal Island (favorite of Russian expats), just bring a few light clothes and probably a jacket. There's lots of ready-to-wear clothes sold cheap in Davao. Maybe the thing that you need to bring in ample amount is your medicine if you have a condition or health maintenance requirements. You only have to prepare for & endure the long trip as Andrei & Liza's trip with mom Olga took around 48 hours. A safe and happy trip, guys.

If you both have a long flight, bring a neck pillow. It helps during long flights to better sleep in the plane. I always have a neck pillow whenever I go back to the Philippines. It helps me sleep a little better. (Knowing it is hard to sleep on the plane)
Since it will be summer soon in the Philippines, wear light and comfortable clothes. Flip flops. Hat.
- Bring some preventative medications just in case.
-Bring some sunscreen (it is expensive in the Philippines) You don't want to get sun burn.
- Bring some insect repellent (but optional because you can buy it in the Philippines)
- Universal adapter as Philippine voltage is different from Russian Voltage
- Small bag for day trips (enough to carry phone, and cash)
I think the rest you already know my love. Make this trip memorable to your Mom since it is her first time in the Philippines.

From my experience, coming from a cold place /winter, it’s best to wear loose, breathable fabrics. For me, everytime I go to the Philippines, I can’t bear to wear jeans at all. 😂 too hot.
