Hello Dima Wow nice place of yours❤and I think your mom is very good at cooking Your such a loving son too❤ Late viewer here but still trying to watch all your uploaded videos.
We don’t cook much mushroom soup but we cook fresh mushroom during mushroom season in the month of July and August. Its good when you put malunggay(moringa) or bitter melon/gourd leaves😊.
I'm Filipino, but I don't live in the Philippines. It's nice seeing your mother make a dish and you helpin' her out. On a different note, in the areas my parents grew up in, in Luzon, there's no traditional Filipino dish that has mushrooms in it, but I believe the locals recognized mushrooms as a topping for pizza and as an ingredient in a garden salad due to the influence from the Americans in the 1980s. And that's it! Y'all take care now! 🙂👍
We eat wild mushroom and prepared it as mushroom soup. You can also saute mushroom with sardines or some meats. Termite mushroom variety is common in our area, usually found in old trees shades, bamboo areas, rice fields.

Other popular kinds of cooked edible mushrooms in Iloilo Province are úhong: th-cam.com/video/doFNsOzfNWU/w-d-xo.htmlsi=FV2T_89UuVJDR3bc, and talíngang-balábaw (Auricularia SPP.) cooked in pánsit. I ate a delicious soup made from processed, sliced, and cooked Bambusa blumeana bamboo shoots a.k.a. támbò, and cooked and sliced lígbos. I don't know the English name nor the scientific name, just the local name lígbos.

That's a gourmet mushroom soup - all natural - i'll make one. Some mushrooms in Pinas are poisonous so locals are careful with them.

Let your mother knows, she’s pretty woman. Philippines likes mushrooms, soup, burger, mixed vegetables, etc. Beware of poisonous mushroom.
Thank you! I'll tell mom 😊
