‘’Scientific societies are as yet in their infancy… It is to be expected that advances in physiology and psychology will give governments much more control over individual mentality than they now have even in totalitarian countries. Fitche laid it down that education should aim at destroying free will, so that, after pupils have left school, they shall be incapable, throughout the rest of their lives, of thinking or acting otherwise than as their schoolmasters would have wished. Diet, injections(vaccines) and injunctions will combine, from very early age, to produce the sort of character and the sort of beliefs that the authorities consider desirable, and any serious criticism of the powers that be will become psychologically impossible...’’ - Bertrand Russell, 1953

“If you tell a lie big enough and keep repeating it, people will eventually come to believe it. The lie can be maintained only for such time as the State can shield the people from the political, economic and/or military consequences of the lie. It thus becomes vitally important for the State to use all of its powers to repress dissent, for the truth is the mortal enemy of the lie, and thus by extension, the truth is the greatest enemy of the State. The bigger the lie, the easier the sheeple will believe it.” - Joseph Goebbels

This is especially true if they were told that there were an outside threat from beyond, whether real or promulgated, that threatened our very existence. It is then that all peoples of the world will plead to deliver them from this evil. The one thing every man fears is the unknown. It would have been impossible for us to develop our plan for the world if we had been subjected to the lights of publicity during those years. But, the world is now more sophisticated and prepared to march towards a world government. The supranational sovereignty of an intellectual elite and world bankers is surely preferable to the national auto-determination practiced in past centuries.” -David Rockefeller, Baden-Baden, Germany 1991
“Fundamental Bible-believing people do not have the right to indoctrinate their children in their religious beliefs because we, the state, are preparing them for the year 2000, when America will be part of a one-world global society and their children will not fit in.” -Nebraska State Sen. If that’s the charge, I stand guilty and I am proud of it.” -David Rockefeller, Memoirs.
“The interests behind the Bush administration, such as the CFR, the Trilateral Commission - founded by Brzezinski for David Rockefeller - and the Bilderberg Group have prepared for and are now moving to implement open world dictatorship within the next five years.” -Dr. Johannes Koeppl, Former German Ministry for Defence official and advisor to NATO

17For God sent not his Son into the world to condemn the world; but that the world through him might be saved.
18He that believeth on him is not condemned: but he that believeth not is condemned already, because he hath not believed in the name of the only begotten Son of God.

I always rinse the rice before cooking it... you never know what's in it, it COULD have lots of dust particles from the warehouse or factory it was shipped to and from, chemical/pesticides residuals, bug carcasses or droppings from bugs or rats if the warehouse is filthy, etc etc etc... it's always better to rinse it a few times even if it looks clean!

It also helps to reduce the starch content. I also parboil it, strain and then put in in a pot with some thin slices of butter on top and bake it for half an hour. Fluff after cooling. I also boil it with Himalayan salt, some cardoman, big cardoman or two, a broken stick of cinnamon, a couple of bay leaves and a few cloves. The smell and flavor comes out lovely but you can't do it this way in a rice cooker.

Btw, short to medium grain rices form less resistant starch when cooled. The same is true for all waxy starches as they are high in amylopectin instead of amylose. Amylose will form resistant starch unlike amylopectin.

One more thing add some chicken broth to water in rice cooker. I will say this cotsco stuff is definitely the best. As for BBQ pit , cut yellow potato in half, once pit heats up rub potato on grill. Hey Stan you're the man! Thank you for the video And for all the great content you've provided over the years, I am very grateful.
I would like to share my version ("Greg's goulash") I cook 1lb of ground beef, bison, turkey or lamb in a pan with one diced sweet potato. While that is cooking I prep the rice with bone broth instead of water in the pressure cooker. Then I mix it all together in the pan with 1 pack of taco seasoning. Add sour cream at the end to balance it all out.
For an even easier to cook lower carb version (no pressure cooker needed), I add in one pack of cauliflower rice to the meat and sweet potato mix in place of the white rice. Same pan cooking!
    Thank you,
    Greg

I would avoid social occasions and shun my friends because I didn't want to have to eat something different from my plan, or miss any sleep or drink alcohol that could add extra calories, reduce muscle or mess up a workout. I would workout pretty much no matter where I was or how awkward it made things for others. I would measure bodyfat, how many hours of sleep I got, stare in the mirror constantly etc. After nearly 5 years of becoming more and more obsessed I had little to show for it and my mental health and self esteem was in the toilet.
Once I started being more normal, stopped tracking calories, stop recording my sleep, stop worrying about how my body looked where my bf% was, I began to feel a lot better. I noticed that once my bodyfat was at a relatively normal level I didn't really care about it anymore. Getting lean was like a disease for me once I was there it fucked with me constantly. Being normal allowed me to actually enjoy life again, and what a surprise I started making some of my best gains in the gym. Some of the biggest and strongest natural guys I know personally are the same way, they don't let lifting weights consume or define them, it's just something they enjoyed doing, and so kept doing for years or decades whilst living normal lives.

I’ll take 2-3 containers of spinach, and slowly add them all in a blender mixing with coconut water.
I want to make a fairly thick “sludge”, and then pour the whole thing into ice cube trays. Usually makes 6 trays worth.

Ooo wee that steak cooking hurt my soul haha. I use cast iron for all my steaks. High heat get a nice sear. Salt and pepper before let it come up to room temp (the steak), render the fat if there is any on the outer rim. Cook for 2 minutes a side on again searing hot heat, 2 minutes for a rareish steak, 3 for a mediumish. Any more is too much. One both sides are done for their time, turn temp to super low and toss in butter garlic and thyme. I like to play with different herbs but those are my go to. Baste and flip, baste and flip. Then into aluminum foil and let rest for a minimum of 10 minutes. I get amazing steaks every single time. The times are for thicker steaks, BTW. Rib eyes and new yorks. If they are less than a inch or so think, I'd bring the time down 30 seconds or so.

You can cook like experts Chef every time without screwing it up, the time frames are far more flexible and the quantity is as much as you need.
    For example :
    1- You hit the button
2- Drop the prepackaged meat as is into the water.
3- you come back anywhere from 2 to 12 hours, remove pack and serve..
Perfectly cooked every time to the exact temperature. If you prefer a Sear on it you can sear afterwards.

He's just trying to get in the adequate calories and nutrients daily, at a certain point, when you're eating the same thing daily, it's just easier to throw some shit together and eat it. I'm sure he could make a nice steak and roasted potatoes + mushrooms dinner if he wanted to, but that's just not time efficient when you're eating 4+ meals a day. Ryan O'Connell it depends on what it’s in reference to. If he’s referring to protein amounts he doesn’t say 40,000 milligrams of protein. He just says 40 grams.
But when it’s smaller quantities like what vitamins and minerals are found in they typically are just 100mg here and there so it’s just got specificity sake.
