Lot rent too high. That blows my paycheck out of the water. I am a former Realtor from another state and these corporations need a real reality check. BUYERS BEWARE!
The home is very pretty with lots of extras for a great price but the lot rent is twice what we pay in Connecticut so way too much for that. Also I've been reading about home costs , property taxes and insurance going thru the roof in Florida so not even a great place to retire anymore.
Land lease allows a buyer to get in with a very inexpensive purchase price however. This home with ‘land’ would be approximately $100k and still have a $300 maintenance fee. It’s all how you want to spend your available cash. Thanks for watching!
I really like this one I like that there’s different facing windows on the inside and the porches I think it’s great. I just don’t understand what land lease means you know is it something that you’re gonna get trapped into after you buy it?

Good grief. Most mobile home parks you RENT your land.
There's no sense in showing these mobile homes when the lot rents are 1,000 per month or more.
