I hope the Dutch rock out more than the Americans. I'll be seeing Metric in July (Amsterdam!) and I'm rocking out no matter what! I will go a little crazy for this music live! About the drugs, weed is all you need.
And yet I'm sure you have no problem with mugs that read "Don't talk to me until I've had my coffee", or aprons that read "I like cooking with wine. Occasionally I add food", because the people in power have acclimatised you into believing that all the drugs that they tax and legitimise and advertise to you, the coffee, the alcohol, the tobacco, the chocolate, the prescription opioids, the SSRIs, are all hunky dory because they've managed to extract the market out of them, but god forbid somebody drop some acid...
It probably has something to do with the sound editing. I'm sure if you hear it live it's different. The sound tech/engineer probably didn't mix it properly for the video.
