I’m confused is this a fanmade thing or a mod
seems so
It's one of several possible alternate endings through the Subversion mod for Fallout 4.
Dang it I thought it was the base game 😢
@@elamoxd7776 It is dude.
@@SoonGone "subversion mod" not base game. Dude.
Honestly the worst part about Fallout 4 is that you cannot make real decisions a leader would make. For example, when I took over the Raiders I'd have preferred to use them as muscle for the Minute Men. Essentially establishing an empire incorporating the Rail Road as an intelligence service and forming an alliance with the Brotherhood. Finally I'd take over the Institute and use their tech to make a synth replacement to take over the Brotherhood. This way peace in the Commonwealth will finally be established and I'd say "Fuck you! I'm in charge deal with it." to those who opposed me.
Hail caesar 🙌 😆
New Vegas was so great because you could say f*ck House, the NCR and F*CK THE LEGION.
*I'M IN CHARGE.*
That's what's missing in Fallout 4.
The closest is this route:
- destroy the Brotherhood using the Railroad
- destroy the Railroad by killing the NPCs in the HQ
- destroy the Institute using the Minutemen
- join the Nuka-World raiders, wipe out all Minutemen settlements
- assign Sturges and Preston to a pillory (they can't be killed)
- wipe out the raiders
- wipe out Diamond City and Goodneighbor
There you go, the Commonwealth is now a barren wasteland with just a couple of respawning guards and generic scavvers.
@@toromontana8290This looks like Enclave list of how to take over the Commonwealth by sending a secret agent to weaken the powers
@@toromontana8290 You misunderstood me.
I'm talking about taking control of the Institute and Brotherhood instead of blowing them up.
Destroying them is a waste of potential.
The sequence of the clips enhanced the experience of the purge in a way I didn't expect.
Wow. I was really sucked into this until the Shroud part lol
Ya they ruined it doing that, I actually was liking it up to that point
The idiot savant after was chefs kiss 🤌
That idiot savant hurr durr at the end got me
"You can't change their nature." God, Des is so full of it...
I didn’t lose any sleep when I massacred the Railroad.
Why?
"You can’t fight nature Des, you can’t fight change, you can’t fight….gravity"
@@macleunin I never understood the railroad’s hate

nora: execute order 111

8:52 this silver shroud speech is insane hahaha i lvoe it !
Nora: Free the synths
Also Nora: I don’t like that attitude, so I’m wiping your memories
The best of this whole video was the massacre.
Later on, it became known as the massacre of the laughing idiot because the instigator laughed maniacally like an idiot savant...
A coat of gold, a coat red, a lion still has it's claws...
The conversations added by the mod are well done but they'll always sound a bit off, especially when two unrelated conversations are spliced together. Still, better than no voiced conversations
I like to imagine you played the entire game just walking from place to place
if only fallout 4 had more options like this
9:49 dang,for a mod,that’s a decent voice acting
The silver sharud part is a bit silly. Idk what the mod author is thinking lol
It's an option, but you don't have to use it. You can just tell them straight up they're all gonna die lol.
The ending should have had Allie and Li side with Nora.
It's possible.
The idiot savant sound 😂
Lmao the ending of this video is priceless....this is the ending I always wanted (not the purge part but the whole mod in general)
X6-88 "I see no issue with the Institute's direction, use of synth's and treatment"
also later
X6-88 "I can't stand what you do, incompetent leader taking us down the path of doom"
Nora "SILENCE SLAVE, no more whining you'll either change your mind or I'll literally change it for you"
X6-88 "........."
Nora "see your silence is compliance with how the Institute does things, never forget that.......after all it's what YOU wanted."
I side with the Minutemen every single playthrough because I can not stand the other 3.
The other 3 are absolutists in their beliefs, none without comprise, the minutemen just want to help people but even they won’t approve of raiders
@@Weakestlink437 lmao why would they approve of raiders?
@@Weakestlink437raiders took, kill, hurt, rape normal folks/civilians. They're no diffrent with super mutant
MM are the best. But honestly brotherhood is better than the other two. Institute is evil & Railroad is braindead
Real as fuck
The sole survivor could replace the directorate and the leadership of the East Coast Brotherhood one at a time, with a synth duplicate prepared...
Agreed. There are a lot of peaceful alternatives the game doesn't allow that could work. Reforming the Institute is the best solution for everyone. Besides not all the scientists and residents caused harm to the people of the Commonwealth.
Rains of Castamere in the background, nice touch
Its Light of the Seven the soundtrack to the moment before Cersei burned Baelor Sept
6:32 Preston's gonna be so made if you ignore coastal cottage's plea for help.
though from a technical standpoint, the SS does have a very good reason for getting attached to the synths. They were trying to build a family. Shaun's DNA was the basis for all gen 3 synths....in a way every synth is the SS grandchild. Why would you not try to protect that?
Didn’t even rise from that chair. Savage.
Tyrants rarely do.
Evil Morty inspired i bet, good job
that silver shrould part was cool !
Lol I thought it was cringy
WOOOOOOOOOOOOOOW they had voice lines recorded for recalling X6?!!!
No, it's all xVA.
Great dialog options, your mods are awesome!
This is a fun little journey. Thanks for the story!
I’ve just started watching and I’ve gotta say love the vids
“if synths the could lose their appetite, i’d lose mine” is crazy
Fallout: Become Human
That Courser uniform went straight to Z1-14s head.
Oh shit, that's the Rains of Castamere? I thought it was Evil Morty's theme, for some reason.
Now I need to download this mod. Why am I crying?
Dude…that was so freaking cool
I like how you even kill the ones who support you
Yeah I would have pulled the “don’t show up to the meeting” to my supporters if that was irl
Less people to share power with.
And that how it should have been as a possibility for the endings, not destroying all that the institute and its resources could be in the right hands. Buuut... Bethesda has always been damn single minded in their storytelling haven't they?
I guess they REALLY wanted that big explosion, but this actually parallels the evil outcome for Megaton in Fallout 3.
Bethesda has it right. There are no good guys and there are no happy endings. Every choice has a consequence
@@leninswalrus Still, it would have been preferable for the Railroad to just infiltrate the Institute using the Sole Survivor as Director and then undermining its more nefarious operations.
Wiping out the Directorate is less evil than nuking Boston and potentially contaminating the major water source.
@@leninswalrusBro, that's so lazy and dumb. "There are no good guys." That's not true. At all. They're few and far between, but they exist. What if I want to be the good guy? The player character is prewar, the most likely circumstance for a good character. What if I want to earn that happy ending, to work for it, because it's the right thing to do. I can't because the game didn't have it. "Every choice has a consequence." What choices? Nuke the Institute or kill everyone else. That's it. How can the weight of consequence be conveyed when the choices are so linear and shallow?
@TacticalHatchet it's just like far cry 4. You take down the dictator only to learn the two factions you've aligned with are headed by megalomaniacs. There's no perfect ending because that is how reality is. What's "lazy" is giving the protagonist a perfect path where everyone wins. That has little to no substance, ususually the most moral path is the most harm reductive path, not a good one. There are greater evils and more corruption but power itself is a self selecting system of sociopathy where literally the WORST people to obtain power are often the ONLY people who CAN obtain power.
WHY I LIKED SO MUCH THIS END???
Execute order X66
😂
I want to like this mod, but the splicing and lack of VA is really making it difficult
Sadly it was made just before AI voices became decent. It could do with an update.
@@gtaxmodsthe AI mods tend to get banned
Called it when Nora forced me to accept joining the Vault.
Man now I wanna go back to Fallout 4 and try this.
Sad it’s only just a mod but I still want to try.
I just wish we didn't absolutely have to destroy the institute.
Hmm,what if the BoS kill everyone in the institute and renovate the place to have a real entrance, then make it into their 2nd commonwealth base. Would be an interesting mod idea. Also it fits with the BoS characteristics.
@@advicehydra6332 exactly! But noooo!
@@advicehydra6332 Most definitely. Invade, try to slaughter the synths, and take over the facility-- then figure out what to do with all the controversial research and the remaining synths etc.
Idiot Savant proc on the silver shroud dialogue was actually perfect.
Crazy how a mod author using reused lines can make a better story than Bethesda. Fuck you, I have 28 charisma, I should be able to convince the institute when they already have doubters. It should just come at the cost of killing the brotherhood, so you can keep 3/4 alive, just a different 3/4 in the “perfect ending”
most of these conversations dont make sense.
It is like that when they have to splice lines with the original VAs. It would be better if they just used a different VA or did an AI VA to make dialogue that is less disjointed.
Is this AI voicing, or just cut up and reused voice lines?
Reused.
I think it's the voice lines from the Silver Shroud quest line
@@TheHiddenSpider101 The entire Directorate meeting dialog is stitched together from various other quests.
@toromontana8290 and? Yeah I know haha. I was talking about one of the specific lines
cool ending
Nice music haha from cersei trial
I always thought this music was from Gears 4 or 5, didn’t realise until recently that it wasn’t.
Don’t really know how to describe it, but it just has a Gears 4/5 feel to it, if you’ve heard the music in those games you know what I mean.
Love the GOT reference, feels very Cersei.
it's not a bad ending, everyone got what they deserved and your character made sure it didn't happen again, gave both sides a chance
Is this the original soundtrack in the background or have you edited it in? It’s amazing.
The soundtrack is from Game of Thrones, Light of the Seven by Ramin Djawadi
Is this an actual part of the game or did you make this?
I believe only the end scrolls are a mod dont know tho
This is the best outcome
Nice
Are you the mod author? I have a question if you are, I don’t if it’s another mod I have downloaded or I just chose the wrong dialogue options but the institute made me enemies with both the railroad and brotherhood. And I’m not sure what I did wrong, so I was just wondering if that was a common issue or again if it’s something I did
Eventually no matter what. You’re going to have to pick sides. And with that you’ll be at war with other sides. You ended up picking the side of the institute. You can of course hold off on doing that quest for… years if you felt like.
The Jean-Baptiste Ending
For all his talk, the only one who’s ever been turned to ash every time we go at it, has been him. Guess 110 energy weapons doesn’t mean much, when your outclassed in armor and laserpower
I wonder if you could purge the Institute without reforming...that would be a great "power hungry" playthrough I'd do.
Sure. Once you're Director you can't be kicked out. They just get angry with you for 24 hours.
@@toromontana8290 So I can just purge without freeing synths...I know what I'm going to play next then! Thankss!
6:24 settlement attack🤣
I'm playing on xb1, and when I go to talk to Liam just after I talked to Desdemonna (Even reloaded a save and did the exact same dialogue options shown in the video) Liam won't talk at all with me, I need to destroy the prydwhen? I really didn't wanted to do it, I want to put a synth in the place of Maxsons
Think I fixed it, still testing, I'm now doing the quest to replace elder maxsons
K that definitively fixed it
Next time Maxon gets and x-ray it’s all over
good!
Not the ‘light of the seven’ music
You could have spared two of them…
Yes. But then I'd have to share power.
This way, I have it all.

The Institute and the Railroad working together? What a load of c***! The Commonwealth is better off without those two pesky factions.
God bless America, God bless the Enclave.
Right soldier god bless America and God bless the enclave
My thoughts exactly, I just finished America Rising 2, God bless The Enclave🇺🇸🫡.
"But only together, TOGETHER, can we hope to reach our full potential. The way we were before the war. Whole. Beautiful. Powerful. One Enclave. One America. Now... and forever."- President John Henry Eden, 2277.
A better solution: The Enclave "liberates" all assets of The Institute to rebuild America
Institute was probably the best if under the right leadership
Is it possible to save Dr li? I like Dr li and don't want her to die. 😭
Gotta side with brotherhood
Have you considered updating this mod with AI generated voice, considering how far voice AI has come since it's original launch?
A hero without fear
Wow
Not Bad!!!!
I liked watching the directorate get got
Red Directorate Meeting
Is that an AI VA? That's pretty baller.
It's actually vanilla dialog recycled from various other conversations.
Nate and Nora have so many lines you can make them say almost anything even without AI.
Being able to reset memories of the synths is one of the reasons why it is ridiculous to treat synths as human.
You can also reset the memories of humans in lore, just look at Vault 112
Not to mention, in real life. Are people with memory loss... Not people? Being able to give synths essentialy memory loss on command doesn't really prove they're not humans at all
This mod is avalaible on ps4? Name please
This mod splices together various voice clips, which is impossible to do on PS4. The mod is NOT available for PS4.
@@Xiaolrucwhy do you have to capitalize RANDOM words? It looks cringe af bro.
@@RickJoystickits not just a random word, and it isn't "cringe". It's called "emphasis"
Some people just don't read certain parts, attention span gets the best of them and they end up skipping vital info. Capitalizing the word emphasizes it, makes it stick out more. Like if you were reading safety instructions, you'd see that words like "WARNING" or "CAUTION" are capitalized. Are those cringe, or unnecessary?
@@RickJoystick Nobody cares.
@@eyeflapsthat person clearly did. Since they asked.
how do i storm the institute with the minutmen?
Gotta do their entire quest and once you beat the castle part you’ll get a notification
I know I’m late to your comment but you would have to not do blind betrayal before doing the mass fusion for the brotherhood and you’ll be hostel with the institute and also you won’t be doing the quest to kill the railroad by kelis and then go to the railroad and let them know you’re banished from the institute and then she’ll say the Minuteman are the best chance and then you’ll have the option to do it

The Railroad is so dumb. A toaster can't be a slave.

The thing is the institute thinks they’re human. They busted their asses to make genuinely artificial people, not machines like people, but people. They wanted a manufactured race of enslaved supermen.
