I think i'm going to start a quick tip series where i give some advice on how to do different things in Blender :) In this video i'm using the ambient occlusion node to add grunge to a fire hydrant

Blender Quick Tips 2:
Welcome to the second video in the Blender Quick Tips series! This one is about how to get 60 terabytes of free 3D assets and textures. You can get trees, leaves, small stones, big rocks, ceilings, and tons of materials for your projects. If you ever get lazy, don't give up, just import an asset and get some inspiration for your next project :) I just realized how much this sounds like an ad - i'm sorry, it's not an ad xD
This doesn't only work with Blender 2.8 or Blender 2.9, it works with houdini, maya and basically every 3D software where you can import/export models!

Hi! I just wanted to make a quick video on how to add surface imperfections to any object before the weekend ends! I hope you enjoy it and find it useful :)
You can find a surface imperfection texture by searching "surface imperfection texture seamless" but make sure it's free to use before you use it!

Welcome! i made a tutorial where i tried to cover most of the hair basics and some of the advanced options, and in this tutorial you will also learn how to make realtime hair simulation where you can drag the hair around while it simulates! Blender Quick Tips 8:
Hi! In this video i will be showing you how to use the edge detect node to create a nice glowing effect. The good thing about the Edge Detect node is that it also works with RTX graphics cards where as the Ambient Occlusion doesn't. I hope you enjoy it :D

I used the Cycles renderer as this doesn't work in Eevee yet.

Blender Quick Tips 9:
Hi! In this video i will show you how to make your background transparent. The good thing about transparent backgrounds versus black backgrounds that you later make transparent in post processing is that you get all the nice reflections from your HDRI with this feature. This was made in Blender 2.91, i hope you enjoyed! :D
