Thanks, man. Win7 here. Was missing the 100 dll, only copied the 32 bit version and Premiere started without even need to restart windows. The file went missing from pirated/test copy of the retouch4me photoshop add-on. Keep on rocking!

There is a third fix possible in some cases. Instead of placing these dll files in your Windows folders, you may also be able to get away with copying these to the folder where the game/program giving these errors, is located. That way you don't have to reboot and won't be changing the contents of your system or 64bit folders.

Thank you for the guide unfortunately, i was not able to still remove this error using the second method explained. Once i downloaded the package i restart the device and it popped up the error twice. is there previous versions of this specific driver i.e 2010. i had all these drivers before but i had to replace my hard drive now i dont have them and i cannot find them.
