I looked and found the file on my PC but New Vegas refuses to detect it. What? Update: Yes I indeed have it installed. I couldn't play most games with out this. It's the INI file that's inexplicably missing. EDIt 2: It's not even the INI files, I have no idea.

2nd method worked for me. and for the people having issues with wuthering waves, 2nd method actaully works in most cases.

It is really lucky to find this video. It is so confusing that you put the 64-bit version into the 32 folder and vice versa. I put 32-bit into the 32 folder, and of course, I got the error. It took me 1 hour to figure it out.

bro i tried both the methods but none of them works for the first one it shows that the file is in use can't replace it, for the second one it shows that another version of this file is already existing both of them but still shows the missing vcruntime140 error pls help me !!!

I was having problems with SCUM on windows 11, although my windows says i am on x86 i needed x64 dll. FIXED

both didn't work

2024 Nov Method 1 worked for me. My Win11 is x64 but I just pasted x32 version of the downloaded isdone.dll file on my system32 folder. Restarted PC. All good! Thanks 🙂
