It takes a lot of time before it reaches the water level..little flow of water..filling of water waste a lot of time...will you pls show us the flow of water. .so that we can determine if the problem is the pressure of water or the unit itself..
Hmmm......I was a Sears appliance tech for several years and had the opportunity to encounter many of these machines. (Along with the LG toploading WM.) There were several incidences of these machines simply "exploding" while in the spin cycle. Coupled with an unstable vibrating wooden floor and an unbalanced load, things could become rather interesting, and not in a good way. I will take my 13 year old Kenmore Whirlpool direct drive with it's proven solid mechanical record anytime.
I ve been reading that these machines (He) machines dont do a very good job...they dont agitate well without the old school agitators..and a common complaint I ve been reading in reviews is that they break down often (on avg last about 2 or 3 yrs)...do the research..Now I just read that there are many class action lawsuits because of mold growth in those front load washers...I was gonna buy one of these and now I hink I m sticking to old school washers at least.

+Nicole Benedicto Hi Nicole. We tested this for a whole month and we didn't have any real problems. We did have a problem connecting its bundled water house to a water faucet. As for comforters, we believe that it can handle it as long as the load is still within the limit.
I have this for 2 years. I dont use the recommended water level per kilograms, it's effiecient, clothes were not getting cleaned. I do the water level manually more than what's recommended.

The Samsung top log 6.5 kg tub I have an issue using the water drainage as the front load don't have issues with the drainage I'm keeping a pipe in a drainage hole it drain itself about the upload all the time I have keep an eye on machine when wash is about to end I have keep the pipe close to the main hole for drainage well pls help me with that I'm panicked thinking to sale that machine

+rose Beltran I'm sorry to hear that. It could be a number of things. Maybe it's not getting enough power, the power cord's been damaged. Check it if you can. If it's still not working, then call their support line. It's on the warranty card that's issued when you bought it. The Samsung support guys will talk you through what you need to do first. If it doesn't get solved, they come in and fix it. And for something like a washing machine, Samsung will send their tech guys to fix it and assess its problems. I hope this helps.

+rose Beltran We don't have the top loader here but we had the same problem a week ago. Washer is about 8 months old. Repair came out and put in a new board. Works now. The built in dryer sucks tho, and it only spins at 1400. Sorry we bought and it was expensive.

My Samsung 13kg toploader wastes huge amounts of water and does not actually wash clothes. I am busy destroying mine in the backyard so that nobody else can abuse this ecological disaster. Our city has a major water crisis. These "modern" type toploaders should be outlawed. Buy a frontloader, it will use 1/4 of the water.
I will never ever buy again nor recommend samsung washing machine! It leaves soap residue on our clothes and it doesn't make our clothes clean,either! Not efficient and such a waste of money!
