Dawn Wagoner really mine only goes back and forth when it’s washing and doesn’t go fast at all. It does spin the water out at the end but not during the washing
I m using top load fully automatic but it is worse and horrible because most of the time it stretched the clothes and split them, tear them most of my T's got damaged.. and even jeans trousers also..

Apparently you don't wash clothes ( maybe not properly for that matter). There are certain clothes that don't require going through a whole wash process such as delicate garments. And certain areas on clothes require to be hand washed to be thoroughly cleaned like shirt collars as shown in the video. Have a great day.
نصيحة والله وعن تجربة انا جيبتها أول شهر 11 - 2019 سامسونج 14 كيلو وندمت أوي بتوسخ الهدوم وتبوظه وبتعمل وبر في النسيج سواء أبيض او اسود ومش موفرة لا في المياه ولا في الصابون اول شكوى عملتها كانت بعد إسبوع بالظبط من شراء الغسالة بتاريخ 4 نوفمبر 2019 وطبعا التوكيل بيماطل كالعادة وإتصالات بيا من طرفهم يحاولوا من خلالها يحسسونا إن إحنا اللي غلطانين في طريقة الغسيل وجاني فني صور الغسيل اللي اتبهدل وإتملى وبر ونصحني إني أفصل الغسيل اللي قابل للتوبير عن الغسيل الغير قابل للتوبير وده طبعا مستحيل ما فيش حاجة إسمها اقمشة قابلة للتوبير وأقمشة غير قابلة للتوبير وحتى لو فيه حاجة كدة أنا أعرف إزاي ؟؟؟؟ وبعدين انا جايب حاجة ب 7500 جنيه علشان تريحني مش علشان تنقطني ودا عيب صريح في كل الغسالات التحميل العلوي مش سامسونج بس ، ولكن توكيل سامسونج '' راية '' ينقطوا في خدمة ما بعد البيع المهم اصلا علشان ارجع الغسالة اثناء الفترة المسموح فيها حسب قانون حماية المستهلك 30 يوم لازم تقرير فني من سامسونج ان الغسالة بها عيب فني ولا مانع من إرجاعها ولما جاني الفني وصور قطع الغسيل اللي إتوسخ بالوبر دا غير إن الغسيل مش بينضف وبعت الفيديوهات للقسم الفني في الشركة وجائت الصدمة في إتصال تليفوني منهم أن الغسيل تمام وكويس ومافيهوش حاجة وإن الغسالة ليس بها اي عيوب فنية وشكرا على كدة وعلى العميل ان يلبس الغسالة إللي اشتراها على عيبها والقرار ملزم ولا رجعة فيه ده غير إن انا ممنوع افتح شكوى اخرى في شركة سامسونج من خلال الخط الساخن 16580 ولو حتى علشان ابلغ بعطل في الغسالة وحسبي الله ونعم الوكيل وبعد تواصل حماية المستهلك مع سامسونج إضطروا إنهم يفتحوا الشكوى مرة تانية من نفسهم وجاني فني من شركة راية وكيل سامسونج في مصر وعمل فم غسل سريع على ملابس سوداء وإستخدم مسحوق الملابس السوداء علشان يوريني إني غلطان وإني بتدعي إن الغسالة بتوسخ الهدوم والشركة طبعا طالبة منه يصور الهدوم قبل الغسيل قطعة قطعة وأثناء وضع الغسيل في الغسالة وتصوير قطع الملابس بعد إنتهاء الغسيل وكانت المفاجأة للفني الغسالة وسخت الهدوم وعملت بقع ووبر على الهدوم وده ظهر في التصوير ولكن شركة راية مراوغة ولا تريد ان تعترف بوجود عيب فني في الغسالة ورفض مديره بعد الاتصال به كتابة النتيجة كما رأوها في التقرير الفني وإكتفى بكتابة تم التصوير وسيتم العرض على شركة سامسونج وقامت الشركة بتكرار زيارات فنيين آخرين لإتباع نفس ما عمله الفني السابق لهم من تصوير للغسيل قبل وبعد الغسل وده إتكرر 3 مرات ولولا تسجيلي لشكوى في حماية المستهلك قبل مرور ال 14 يوم على شراء الغسالة ما كانوش عبروني ومنتظر قرارهم وحسبي الله ونعم الوكيل بلااااااااش سامسونج في مصر خاصة لو وكيلها راية وبلااااش فوق اوتوماتيك او التحميل العلوي ده غير إنها بتهدر كمية هائلة من المياه والصابون التحميل الأمامي برقبتها فنصيحة لوجه الله للجميع بلاااااااش غسالة تحميل علوي وبلاااااش سامسونج وأحسن حاجة وبرقبتها غسالات التحميل الامامي وبرضه بلاااااش سامسونج أنا بحارب مع سامسونج بقالي شهرين علشان ارجعها وإشتكيت في حماية المستهلك ومستني ردهم. تحس إنهم ماصدقوا يبيعوا ويجروا أنا بفضل الله رجعتها بس شوفوا قصتها معايا وبلاش تكرروا غلطتي.

Question? Why do you have to scrub the clothes in a built in wash tub BEFORE you wash them?? Isn't the washer supposed to be able to do that? Isn't that why you bought the washer in the first place?
If anybody has a 16 kg or the 13 kg model, could you please post a short video of the wash action with full load. Just wanted to be sure the wash action is powerful even with a full load of clothes and water filled completely. Please help.
Its up to you if you want to scrub them. There is a simple option/mode in which you just throw in the clothes and it does it work just like a normal machine.

I have this model and it uses too much water, the drum pattern wrinkles clothes and the filter get clogged easily and leaves lint on the clothes. I had an older Samsung for 15 years which washed better than this new model. Disappointed with this model's performance.

Usually some stain still remains even after washer.
In my case, I always use stain remover on collars, sleeves or food stains and scrub them.

This is a Korean brand that is one of the best in the world. Horizontal drum washers have more disadvantages than top loaders.

Do you have a hard time washing bedding? For me it doesn’t drain the water and keeps going and going because of the weight.
