Hi, my softener compartment do not drained.how can I fix it?
Don't use fabric softener. It is absolutely horrible! It combines with the detergent eventually and cakes on around the drum causing bacteria and mould to breed. Plus fabric softener can induce allergies. Just find a decent hypo-allergenic detergent and the right clothes/sheets. So problem solved!

In case if u wanna do hand was u can switch on machine then open the lid and press jet button the water will enter in that small basin then u can hand wash
I press d on and of button and when I press wash 11 sec or minutes come on when it suppose to be on 35 minutes can u tell me how I could put it bk to wash for 35 minutes

Hello , so my old washing machine had a plug that we pulled and it drained out mold and lint and the water that coagulate and cause bad smells it used to be on the back side of my old washing machine and I pulled the pulled the plug every month for a better washing experience, I now got this samsung top load machine for YEARS and never found the plug I checked and there's nothing on the notice or in the back I was wandering if this machine got one or not ?
