🌟 Exciting Marpe Expander and Gap Teeth Update! 🌟 Join me on my Orthodontist visit with Dr. Manuele @Hamilton Manuele Orthodontics as I received my new upper aligners today to help close up the gap! We're officially moving on to the next phase - operation close up the gap and preparation for my upcoming tongue tie release with Dr. Zaghi!
After 31 turns of the Marpe expander, I finally feel like I've overcome the toughest part. My sleep quality has significantly improved, and the reduction in snoring is simply remarkable! 💤✨
I can absolutely tell a difference in my sleep now! I feel so much more rested! While the beginning was challenging, nearly a month into the Marpe expander journey, the positive changes have made the initial discomfort completely worthwhile. 🙌
