Agree completely with all the tips mentioned! Although I had my assessment centre and interviews in November, I did all of the mentioned tips and managed to secure an offer from one of the Big4! Alhamdulilah!

Is there any chance you can give tips on psychometric tests?
Wa alaykum as Salam this I am currently working on producing psychometric test practice q with solutions, however this will take a while to produce. In the meantime I’d recommend using a site called assessmentday.co.uk for £40 you get access to a years worth of tests.
With these tests it’s all about practice!
I'm going to do a partner interview with EY (assurance line), I'm not sure how should I answer the question "which division you prefer and why". Any suggestions?

Should I send a thank you email after the assessment centre?
Not necessary as it doesn’t or shouldn’t impact the selection process. Can do out of courtesy
