You will always play support or tank (most likely tank) if you try to wait instead of instalocking DPS. I know everyone gives DPS instalockers shit but it's what you have to do.

If someone gets reported enough times then yeah I think they do get banned. Funny enough I actually saw a video today about an Iron Fist that got banned. I don't know how many people it takes total, but two people who reported him even got a message saying "the player you reported [player name] has been banned from matchmaking". Or something like that.

I’m silver III and all I want to do is heal. All I want to do is get to gold and that’s it, but I can’t get consistently good teams.
In my opinion I think playing someone who can also do good damage and heal at the same time can help balance it out. Sometimes a clean headshot from a Mantis can be better than keeping a struggling dps alive. That's just me though, I could very well be wrong😅
@ I don’t disagree. I have to play targeting characters. I’m just not that young anymore and Daggers ability to lock-on to heal makes me far more efficient.

Dagger can do decent damage too but you have to be quick. Someone like Jeff or Loki could be alright, but my overall favorite for a balance between damage and heals is Luna. But sometimes it's pretty hard to hit people 😅

Most of the time I don't get any, or if I do it's nothing close to what that game was. More along the lines of what you said. But there was also a like 3 game gap between clips in the video, so I probably don't get many more than you do, I just get lucky
