I swear it's like they always look for an excuse to blame the healers... If you do great healing but no damage? Then you suck. Great damage but no healing? Then you double suck. Do great for both? Then you lose the game and they blame each other but you get to sit there and watch while they go at each other 🍿

That's the beauty of it though, just sitting back and relaxing while watching a video. Sometimes it better to just chill and let your brain go on auto pilot for a while. Or at least that's how I see it, you know?

Yeah us strat mains are blamed a lot more than we should be, but I guess no matter what the outcome is I know I did my job, and if they can't see that then they should do something else. But it's also good to sometimes just keep cool and not let them get into your head, cause they can't control their emotions most of the time. I would rather not go to that level. That's just me though

@CallMeBeastYT yea I mostly stick to being muted and staying focused on the objective. Rarely have I ever been blamed for a match and I always just look over at my healing knowing I did my job. Once got blamed by another healer as rocket cuz them as mantis outhealed me lol saying I shouldn't have been outhealed. Loki is my main but trying to get good with all the Strategist so shit be wild man

​​​@@DetestedLoki doing healing is great but unfortunately if your trying to front line as a strategist I start having an issue cause I play vanguard and kinda know when we should pull back or front line but then the strategist decides to walk past me when I was being shot by like 4 players just for them to then get focused like damn why you do that this obviously happens less often in higher tiers and a strategist making plays is good but for the love of sake a vanguard is called the vanguard for a reason also for a quick tip if you get dive from the side please ping so we can help unfortunately we don't always know what's behind us and I understand that you can't heal at that time because a strategist surviving is more important so focus on staying alive

@DetestedLoki Loki is pretty good in my opinion so that's a good pick. But I stick to a main four of Luna, Jeff, Mantis, and Cloak & Dagger, so if anyone takes someone or they get banned I'll always have someone to play. Otherwise I'll just say play who you feel comfortable playing. Cause I can't learn all of them I feel like I'd lose my mind😂

Idk man... I feel the same way, like good that you're lord with a character but you can't only know one hero

Oh yeah, I know what you mean man... Most players in Bronze and Gold don't really understand that one healer can't heal every single player in existence. It almost feels like you have to get lucky with teammates in order to rank up. But there's always room to improve with everything, so just keep improving and do your role to the best of your ability, and eventually you'll get out of it.

Yeh and usually those 5 DPS don't do jack to help the healer but even in diamond one support can be enough and one tank it's just dependent on how everyone on the team plays (just gotta hope the tank can believe they can take on the entire enemy team and that dps actually help with the objective)

Who knows, maybe he would've pulled 30k damage and healing in one round 🤷... but I just always try to give solutions instead of just arguing, but this time around I just wanted to say something. I always try to have options, cause Mantis, Luna, and CnD are always going to be the picks for healers so might as well learn all three. Hey btw mantis is the best healer tied with Luna snow because of her headshot damage. Peni lost to a “healer” because she does less damage than mantis and rocket was healing, it’s just his healing is far less but helpful in groups.

I know stuff said like this is in the moment, and is just for game only talk and then you move one but I just can’t help myself when it comes to this type of stuff, sorry for it but I feel to be informative even if you already know.

@ honestly they never give me much trouble as Jeff, you can just L1 the moment they start to knock you around and then bubble to keep yourself alive up to 6 times if they real persistent with it.

THATS WHAT CONFUSED ME he does horrible damage and it literally feels like Rocket was made to just shoot his little orbs. Not to mention his entire kit is made for the team, it almost feels right

Nah, Rocket's damage output is crazy for a strategist I still frequently see dive tanks not respecting it and getting melted in return You just gotta multitask, remember the aoe healing orbs persist for a bit (and don't stack), so you don't need to spam them non stop

Yeah rockets max range damage is less than 10 meters anything beyond that is too weak, just heal balling at range is way more helpful than trying to damage, to help them win the fight

Oh yeah, luckily I was only in Silver at the time so I didn't think it mattered too much, but I would never do something like this in higher ranks. Just today two people from different games were threatened with getting reported. But one of them did quit at the end of the match so that guy deserved it.
