Mona that hit home. When you said about the person blowing you off and calling you the n-word During his time in office I'm 42 years old. When I grew up I grew up in a predominantly white county and was never called the n word not to my face. So probably about 6 years ago now. My daughter and I pulled into the intersection apparently the guy was in my lane and I didn't see him I believe he was at fault but honestly it didn't matter whose fault it was I didn't deserve that and my daughter didn't deserve to hear that or too see me in that situation. To make a long story short he pulls up a side of me rolls down the window and calls me a black n***** and gives me the finger while my daughter is in the car. I have never felt so embarrassed. I had no control over that situation and what hurt the most was that my daughter had too see and hear it, I felt so vulnerable in that moment. I completely agree with you he did bring that energy and that blatant disrespect out of people I 100% agree with you. P.s. I'm triggered just writing this paragraph right now just thinking about it.
