On September 20th, the 128th Constitutional Amendment Bill, 2023, known as the Nari Shakti Vandan Adhiniyam (नारी शक्ति वंदन अधिनियम), was passed in the Lok Sabha and the next day in the Rajya Sabha, introducing a 33% reservation for women in the Lok Sabha, state legislative assemblies, and the NCT of Delhi Assembly. This includes reservations for SC/ST women. The bill received overwhelming support, with 454 votes for and 2 against in the Lok Sabha and 215-0 in the Rajya Sabha. However, due to pending delimitation, this change won't affect the 2024 elections, which redraft constituency boundaries. With the 2021 census yet to occur, it's expected to be in action by 2029. Some opposition members and Congress leader Sonia Gandhi questioned the wait, noting that Indian women have anticipated this for over a decade. Personally I think that there should be a general test taken by the election commission of india and people who pass this test will be allowed for the election. We can check the capabilities of the people who will be running our country. The development will be faster and in the right direction. Dr B.R Ambedkar also said that the sc st reservation must be removed after a fixed period of time. Because if not then it will give unfair advantage to the generation of reserved people whose ancestors have already reaped the benefits of reservation. But no politician wants to remove the reservation now because it will make them loose votes. India will not develop as long as people will think with their tiny caste confined brains.

Maharashtra started women reservation & free education for female around 1984 i believe sharad pawar started women reservation 333 percent in all sectors from panchayat , cooperative sector to state ministry education etc. For admissions in medical technology , n professional courses etc female candidates were having 59 person reservation . 1.Reservation must be given once . Example ..
, if one person gets the govt job , then he and his family then onwards should not be eligible for reservation.
2. Reservation must be given to only those who belong to a certain category but below creamy layer ( based on income ).
3. Reservation must not be applicable for Higher post like IAS, ips, first class officer , grade 1 scale , PG or specialization in medical field ..and such other . These post must b filled based on merits.

Exactly why we are heading towards the end of civilization because a career impacts men and women differently, as it's women's biology to have entitlement after earning money and status and demand a husband or partner better than them, because women don't commit to someone equal, they need someone better. This is the western way of empowering and equality narrative, because of which we will see radical increase in divorces and single women in our country as years passes. Money makes women independent, independent of men. Men earn for families to provide, women don't,so it makes their option less and less. Western civilization has failed,so will we. The government wants women to work so more labour and taxation can be done on the cost of failing families and weaker generations of children. This is Kalyug,the beginning of the end. I think reservation caste system ke adhar par na hokar yadi arthik sthiti par hota to best hota. Koi v reservation . Kyuki st , sc ya obc caste ke kuch log amir hai hi jinhe aj v reservation mil rha hai . Lekin dusri taraf anay caste ke log v garib hai jinhe reservation mil hi nhi rha.
