It looses completely the point about stepping up in a ring, mat, octagon, etc. To have respect for the opponent because you’re challenging in a fight where anything can happen but you’re fighting your fears when stepping up there in, probe your limits. Sorry, just a combat sports fan here more than a video games fan.

The issue is of resistance and de-syncing; if the person blocks you, or meets your leg/arm etc and pushes on it, there is currently no way to simulate it. In real life someone can even counter you and throw or trip you (not in boxing, but other styles of combat), but that can't happen in VR. So they make all enemies a ragdoll which is unrealistic. It's hard to come up with a solution for how to fix this until we gets direct-to-brain Matrix VR technology.

They tell you to pull straight back (bad idea) instead of slip to the side. You are limited by the character's stamina instead of your own. It encourages so many bad boxing habits.
As someone who works in a place that has VR and tests it regularly, Creed isn’t fun to watch or play. The gameplay is so repetitive and just goes on forever. That isn’t even mentioning the bad tracking and limited movement in the game. We still don’t advertise the game just because everyone that plays it doesn’t like it.

You're limited by your own endurance, and the way that hard punches do more damage, has you swinging hard and puffing for air. TotF is a proper boxing simulator, and Creed is an arcade game.
She did great on Champion mode. I've been doing about a half hour of this game a day and it will wear you out. I love that in this game, you have to think about their weakness, read their tells and attack smarter and not full on berserker style. A smart boxer will do better in this game and she proved that. Awesome job and great VR title.

As a former MMA pro fighter and amateur boxer who has played the game I can honestly say it's a ton of fun, and is cool not having your one and only brain in the line LOL. I totally loved it and wanted to buy a VR headset ASAP just after the first time I tried this game.
