I' ve understood that Taeyeon is the boss in studio when it comes to her singing. She has the final word and she decides herself when it is good enough. There's also nice and fun 'Siren' recording video from INVU album and also there T is the boss. It feels that these Taeyeon recording sessions are actually not very long. She is just that good, works hard and is super professional. I saw some comment from a producer that had really waited to work with Taeyeon and he was disappointed when finally got her in the studio and song recording took only 20 minutes... And of course there's that 'UR' one take legend.
Especially on invu album she got extremely tired and I think she did everything on that album, please react to the song some night of taeyeon. Thank you

Taeyeon is known for her professionalism and hard work in the industry. She gets so many songs from lyricists and producers. There are so many songs that written in mind with Taeyeon's singing.
Taeyeon is a known perfectionist in the studio. One example that's kinda mentioned by another comment is when she recorded Gemini from her 1st EP. The composers happened to be in Korea and passed by when she was recording it. They heard one take and thought it was absolutely amazing, but the recording engineer informed them that Taeyeon would scrap that take, since she was just laying down the foundation and getting a feel of the song.
And taeyeon known as perfectionist in her job. I remembered the story how she recorded gemini and the sound engineer(? Or who i dont exactly remember) said it was great and perfect but taeyeon want to record it again cuz it was just a trial n it left them shocked.
They choose and decided what song to be the title track before going to recording. But sometimes they had different opinion between the company and the artist about the title track song, it happen when Taeyeon fight for INVU as title track.
