Hello, I sleep with my mouth open and is causing a host of problems with my teeth, decay at the gum line, I snore and sometimes tap or grind my teeth- what can I do to slow down or eliminate this problem, I have implants at 30 and 31, and soon on 18 and 19( love the implants) #2 3 4 5 are all crowns with root canals and some decay at the margins and 6 is decayed and failing-7 8 9 10 11 are good- my dentist is suggesting a full upper arch( I'm not a big fan of this) what I think I should do is wait until 18 and 19 are crowned and then remove 3 4 5 6 and install a implant bridge, then do the same on the upper left when the time comes- your input please, I'm 75 and in good health
