Same charming voice as before!! The songs reminds me of Stripper Vicar but more modernised and the video with band in front of white background reminds me of Six. Good work! 😃
Great song, and it's strangely sounding a bit like what I would imagine is Paul Draper travelled back in time to join the Travelling Wilburys. Catchy as heck!
Great track and video. That visual overtones of Six, complete with "The Stillest Man In Rock" (tm) Ben playing the Richenbacher (Six being the video that inspired me to get a lookalike guitar). No to try and work out the code at the very beginning. That was a code, right? Right?
Although I liked spooky action, these new songs sound much stronger so I'm hoping the rest of the album will follow suite......yeah this does sound like a Mansun song...good one!👍
I think the thing is Spooky Action was mostly deeply entangled in the darker and more twisted emotions. The songs were quite contemplative. These new tracks are more poppy and breezy in terms of being great singles
Thank you! *Smiling*...... Your lyrics run to my core, they are so true and tick a lot of the reasons that I'm ashamed to be called a woman. It's a good job we ain't all the same. xxx (screws my man head on, ahhh that's a lot better) xxx
Revitalization of ‘Stripper Vicar’ vibe and immediately falling in love.
Oh wow! I can't believe Paul Draper wrote a song about me!
cucked?
😂😂😂😂
We can all hope and dream 😴 lol 😝 xxx
Paul has always played a mean hedge trimmer!
Classic catchy Draper tune. He should have kept going publicly after Mansun, just glad he's back and letting us hear these little gems. Amen!
Ended up here after listening to Attack of the Grey Lantern. So glad, this is epic!
"Six, vol. 2" video with singing George Michael. I like it :D
Poptastic
Great Stove-like bass part right there folks.
I'm sure Paul will love hearing that.
Haha nice one
Like this very much, definitely got a Stripper Vicar vibe to it.
thought the exact same
There's some mansuns only love song in there too methinks
Most underrated musician of all time
Really????
Same charming voice as before!! The songs reminds me of Stripper Vicar but more modernised and the video with band in front of white background reminds me of Six. Good work! 😃
Yup. The melody of the chorus is the outro of Stripper Vicar.
1:45 amongst those Scrabble entries, I do see that there is One For Sorrow...
The video is brilliant too
Greatest hedge-trimmer solo ever.
1:39 In case you're wondering, that's a magazine interview with Ian Wright.
Classic Draper melody. Nice one.

Tremedous - I want one of those Epiphone Casino Strimmers
The vocal fx put on just make this. Classic Draper production technique!
ニューウェイヴィーというかいかにもUKロック!というか、口ずさみやすいサビメロが聴いてて気持ちいいし一緒に歌いたくなるw アルバムが楽しみ!
That is just lovely! Mansun's power is strong in this one!
Has a Stripper Vicar vibe to the chorus
Twin Peaks rug = 10 out of fucking 10 baby

“never be an artist”
Solid advice right there

Great song, and it's strangely sounding a bit like what I would imagine is Paul Draper travelled back in time to join the Travelling Wilburys. Catchy as heck!
Eh?
That's for you to explore and find out. ;)
@@mcr00kes I very much doubt Paul had Travelling Wilbury's on his mind, but each to their own :)
@@Tamberlyn4u Never said he was. Just that it reminded me of them.
True that.

@@dantess2693 Yeah, nothing a bit dark about Omega Man... doesn't get much poppier and breezy than that!
incredible
stripper vicar vibes which is a good thing
Tremendous
Are those bongos by andy lyth in the chorus just like in don't poke the bear?
Can't fault this song at all.
Nice one, it sounds a lot like Mansun
master... creating magic since 1995...
Nosferatu!
Scruffy storms brought here
Чувствуется звук старого доброго mansun
I still hate ironing....x
Wow... So relatable. Great lyrics. I just wish your songs were more catchy, Paul. I dig them but forget them way to quickly.
You forget the song, the song forgets about you and tadaa, problem solved.
@@Cototto Quite poetic. 😅
Hi I'm Peak Boomer and I have accomplished things you've never dreamed
Nah I can't hate this it's too fucking class
I refuse to iron clothes!
Thank you! *Smiling*......

Aww, don't be ashamed! You're doing something more important ;)
Voice of a generation? Or maybe the last several generations? 🤔
Neat throwback to the back cover of SIX with Paul in the bed....
🙄
The night before you're due to meet him on tour get yourself even more worked up and watch all his stuff on TH-cam lol 😂🤣🤣🤣
Ben!
The two of us need look no more!
사랑합니다 형님. 형님 덕분에 즐거운 유년을 보낼수 있었고 지금도 가장사랑하는 노래는 형이 만든 노래들입니다.
Good track - up there with lantern, six album tracks and eps and b sides!
