5 Easy Freeze Combinations Everybody Can Learn | Breakdance Tutorial

  • As soon as you can hold basic freezes like the baby freeze, shoulder freeze, headstand & co it is time to transition between them! Get started with these 5 easy (but cool!) freeze combinations everybody can learn!
    This tutorial is not only suitable for breakdance/bboying, but also for Calisthenics athletes who want to bring their workout to the next level.
    This bboying tutorial will teach you to combine basic freezes from higher to lower levels. After you mastered these, you should do the transitions reverse from lower to higher levels. While transitioning at the bottom between turtle, baby and elbow freezes (level 1 freezes) is quite easy, level 2 elements like the headstand are quite difficult to combine. This video will be an ideal preparation for more advanced combinations.
