    🧘‍♂Very wise and powerful teachings (though not aware of how AI works).
    His teachings hit more deeply than most other spiritual teachers. He describes the actual process and inner workings more directly and precisely. Fewer platitudes.

    How to change that?
    How to stop mind body from recreating similar life in next lifetime

    Doesn't analyzing the past mean processing all those unprocessed emotions, anger, and triggers that direct the course of your life unconsciously? What does he mean by throwing out the garbage without analysing it? Don't we need to look in the past to find the root cause of all of this? Can anyone please elaborate on this?

    • @carl8568
      @carl8568 3 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Understanding the mechanics of trauma will help make sense of the past, childhood. Yes, it's important. Calling it garbage is a disrespectful gesture towards our conditioning, it's a very common attitude amongst non-dual teachers.

    But some parents have toxic behavior and they project toxicity towards the children when their children are too small to know. Whenl the child grows up he starts to see some connections between the abuse he went through and his own unhealthy thoughts and behavior. How is analyzing this not helpful to overcome some of the psychiatric trauma? To not repeat the same toxic behavior patterns that you were treated with by your parents? I think some analysis of your behavior it's important. Can this guy please answer this question for me

    • @carl8568
      @carl8568 3 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Yes, it is important.. if that's what helps break the cycle.

    • @TheThingoftheSky
      @TheThingoftheSky 3 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      I did some Google search on what the Buddha said about this.
      According to Theravada Buddhism, basically, once he was able to, he saw all his previous lifes, analyzed them and put forth the Four Noble Truths, way to cessate suffering.
      So it's completely fine to look into the past. But we need to be careful not to be attached to those thoughts and stories, human mind tends to have lust even for thoughts.
      Godspeed

    • @3rdStoneObliterum
      @3rdStoneObliterum 3 หลายเดือนก่อน

      @@TheThingoftheSky if we notice we are behaving in a very anxious way and we are experiencing extreme anxiety for no apparent reason, or if we notice we have obsessive compulsive disorder or we feel traumatized about certain things or we are over defensive or we overreact to things or we are over sensitive to things, always self-sabotage or we are emotionally masochistic, or that we have some toxic behaviors that others are pointing out, THEN IT IS ABSOLUTELY NECESSARY TO LOOK INTO THE PAST AND ANALYZE WHAT HAPPENED IN ORDER TO TRY TO REPROGRAM OURSELVES OR FIND WAYS OF UNDOING THE TOXIC CONDITIONING THAT WE WERE EXPOSED TO, TO TRY TO RECONNECT WITH OUR AUTHENTIC SELVES. TO TRY TO FIND OUR SOVEREIGNTY AGAIN WHICH WAS BURIED WHEN WE WERE CHILDREN BY NEGLECT AND ABUSE OF ALL KINDS PHYSICAL MENTAL AND SPIRITUAL.
      It's not a matter of holding on to thoughts or looking into the past, in my opinion it's a matter of analyzing deeply until you can Master the unhealthy thought processes that you were exposed to and that affected you as a child, until you can be free from them. It is a lifelong process and you never stop learning

    It's difficult because I carefully say that it's like I know the end of the movie and in a lot of ways it's like a spoiler. Psychedelics, deep bardo like experiences..You stop finding enjoyment because you understand the outcome. Why am I doing this shitty thing? And other things, there's still a biological design to have them fulfilled. So, seeing the thoughts and realizing that there is no winning, besides the motivation that comes from the projection of winning.. one has to really have a sense of humor--- and oh, do the others hate it when you make a joke of it all. The joker and the guru...
    One human thing we can share is commiseration for a good chuckle about it

    So ultimately what is the purpose of this no mind if you feel so lonely so alone in Maya when you see your loved ones suffering and you cant understand , and you cant explain why, and looking and connected with them cant leave them cant stay with them, because the pain reflects back, even if I don't exist for a little while, life will pull you back into maaya and the circle begins all over, for those who are awakened feel free to explain

Sadhguru has also told if you cut hair off when higher chakras are open you die before 35. Its a so so not 100%, but some elements can make the impact. Your story is simply karmic process of each individual and it seems you had to witness it also. Usually there are some unfinished business with each soul and there are so many scenariums that caused that, but its important to know its not the parents fault
