🙏I have seriously suffered this maintaining one colour aspect and guilt for not performing well in literally everything. I'm getting courage and strength to embrace myself the way I'm ans not beating myself to not have done enough. I never realised before that even accepting self and not judging is itself a sacred Sadhana❤ Thank you for this video❤🙏

Firstly thank you. You speak so honestly and directly that the force of truth just shines from your words but it isn't only contained in your words; it is the feeling that really conveys the message. For a long time I held the mistaken belief that I had embarked on a path of knowledge but ultimately the knowledge that I really needed was to strip away all of my wrongly held beliefs and just see. Authenticly see and not through the lens of the ego. It is a game of subtraction, not addition. Again many thanks.

in my experience, you need to be brutally honest with yourself, but do not assign labels, don't self-impose labels on yourself, and do not thrust labels on others. Learn how to see the situation, the moment for what it was and learn from it, adjust, develop new skillsets. Anger usually means a lesson in awareness, you were not fully aware at an earlier moment, apply the honesty back to that moment, did you need a new skillset? Were you just tired and missed something? Own it and act accordingly, with purpose. Same thing happens for fear, disgust, and so on.
Labels are the problem, better to never use labels if in doubt. And finding joy and wonder in the process of repeating the above feedback loop are the ingredients of love. I got lucky and started following dharma very young, it becomes a beautiful feedback loop then.

sometimes anger has a positive reason to use, or be aware of it, as a warning sign etc it in that moment or to protect the good we care about
yes you could argue that we should see other peoples perspective, or not protect other people etc, and not be angry but that's your choice but personally i think it's useful sometimes, and it is good to protect the innocent from abuse or bullies and sometimes that involves getting angry and using that energy to clear an abusive energy from an area

Money has been attached to time this is the issue with 99% of everyones problems. Take the few precious moments and let them grow into one moment. Time is your present gift. Use it wisely. Substance is no thing temporary. It is you. You are substance.

Yes, but not only money. It is the "personal" self. The needy "me" or myself" and giving attention to it is the wrong direction. When we let go of the personal and not attach too much to it, You can NOT be lost anymore. 😊 this is maybe in conclusion of what they call "seeing the bigger picture".

Truth. This guy is 100% correct. Words will comes out by self, the perfect once, even you will be surprised 😮 how perfectly you react . Also with this you will attract very bad energy in people and situations, and then u also have to be in trust and know when to stop talking or doing or letting go. It's very difficult art but it is the most beautiful , that money can't buy it. Life becomes easy, and everything will be in your favor. But it is difficult to maintain this state. How to get that state? Its very easy but same time very difficult. YOU truly have to letting go all you worries, needs, greed , drama, and accept your self and be in the moment. Not yesterday not tomorrow because truly is now. If you get to that state then you there and trust this guy, you will be so happy no matter your situation and with this you will become successful, reach but still you won't care. ❤ ❤️

It doesn't seem important to love yourself , you always encouraged by society to be perfect and not make mistakes but its not the true nature of things. A life cannot be sum of only one perfect emotion like happiness , so does it apply on us . Its seems easy to say love yourself , accept yourself , don't feel guilty or useless , doing it performing it changing your mindset is hard but worth it. Divine love starts when you realise you are also part of the divinity with your faults and mistakes.

@@perprerp 👀 dear friend, i m not getting defensive i just wanted to understand your point. You said meditation and yoga isn't helpful and isn't necessary. Chanting prayer generates positive vibrations well i don't do it. I m just trying to understand my heart and intuition nowadays nothing much. I m not ruining future interactions or getting defensive just saying different things work for different people. If your approach works , then I wanna know about it. Cause sometimes i m also too lazy and doesn't feel enough active to actually do yoga or chanting. I just try believing and feeling divine in me and around me. Sometimes , we just are so much in your head , stress generates , paralyze us that time peace at your heart makes you feel that you much more than this.

@Satya ji, thankyou for this wonderful talk.
I could feel this silence guiding me strongly and also experience human beings and situations energetically. But just going with this inner experience, I slipped into insanity. It feels like there are malice energies pretending to be inner intuition and one needs to be very careful. I also feels like it is important to develope a 'will' and execute it. If I do not involve thought and discernment, I get easily carried away or tricked by very subtle forces I cannot name.
What does then giving oneself to this process really mean? Can you talk about this please.
    Thank you.

@12:09 I have a question Satya ji, who is doubting it or compromising it? When we say mind is comprising it, isn't mind the part of that same existence. So whatever that is happening had to happen. Even the retrospection about ones actions is paramatma talking to itself. Any thoughts? :)

Satya ji, thank you so much for this and another talks, two things that you have said have struck on to me.
One is embrace the positive and negative energy and do not carry memory of moments that had passed, as this will make you the new you and joy has to be there cause problem happens when we want change what has happened or make it better or do it all over again but the point is live each moment as new moment.
So thank you ☺️ ❤ for sharing your wisdom.
