Not sure, in theory it should work but i've never tried it. You can extract dextrose from potatoes quite easily. Also honey could work but im not sure at what % unfortunately. Liquid cultures are normally 4% so id start from there
Great video! Thanks for sharing. Is your brother recipe a good beginner recipe? i see people with 10-20 ingredients in their broths, but that is daunting for a beginner
Thank you for these cordycep videos. I am going to start growing them. It would be nice to find a video on how to cook and eat them for good health? Is it dangerous to eat too many? I have a lot of questions on these as I know the Chinese consumed them to help them win the Olympics.
I actually fried them and they tasted good like crisps. I will be making a few videos on tinctures soon. Not sure about eating too many, most studies use up to 3 grams a day for up to a year but its probably just best to see how you respond.
