  • Which level can you get to?
    In this video, I run through 35 stickhandling drills from Level 1 to Level 100.
    You can do these drills at home with just a few pieces of equipment (stick, pucks, and a broken stick or something similar to dangle around).
    The results I've seen from training my stickhandling at home over the past couple of years is insane, and I highly recommend that all hockey players work on their stickhandling from home at least 2x per week for 10-20 minutes.
    If you need help with drills or sessions, I highly recommend my Hockey Training App (iOS and Android), where I will run you through stickhandling training sessions.

    Wow big difference from the other video you did 2 years before this one. How much you've improved. Hope to get that good. I keep watching those 20 drills you've done so I remember them well 😊

      Thanks, yeah it's crazy how much stickhandling at home pays off!

    Ok- I’m going to try this and it’ll take me like 3 hours 😂 especially if I’m trying to keep my head up at certain points. The final boss indeed! Lol. I will try, but keep in mind I’m a goalie who wishes they could stick handle- but I will try! Nice handling!! You make it look so easy. Practice practice. 🏒👌🏻

      Haha don't worry about having your head up. Just pulling off all those moves in a row is hard enough. Let's just say it took me a few attempts :)

    That’s some smooth stick handling! How much time do we have to record and post the video for the contest?

    • @hockeytraining
      @hockeytraining  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      I will give it probably 2 weeks depending on the number of submissions that roll in. The faster you get it in the better chance of winning!

    Мне кажется, что нижняя рука слишком плотно держит клюшку и не перемещается по ней во время упражнений.
    Хотя всё равно класс! Я и так не могу. Но буду сегодня пробовать.

    My stick handling is trash 😂 I haven't played hockey in almost 20 yrs. I'll focus on the basic drills 1st. Especially the 1 hand stick handling drills Especially with left hand because that's the hand the controls the general direction of the ball. I'll look at the ball for a bit practice left hand 1 minute rep 5 minutes. Take a 1 break then use right hand 5 minutes. Once that gets well developed I'll work on the other drills

    Coach my shot goes straight do you know how to make it curve?

  • @buffalOMsoldier
    @buffalOMsoldier ปีที่แล้ว

    Are you using a regular hockey puck, or one with rollers to make is glide better?

    • @hockeytraining
      @hockeytraining  ปีที่แล้ว

      The puck is a HockeyShot Dangle Puck 1.0 (not sure if they make them anymore - I haven't tired their 2.0 version).
      It's what I've found best replicates a hockey puck on ice.

    Are these the hockeyshot non-skateable tiles? if so, how did you get them soooo slippery so a regular puck slides like that on them?!

    • @hockeytraining
      @hockeytraining  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      This is the skate-able tiles, I just don't like using my skates as it makes a mess and dulls my blades. The puck is a HockeyShot Dangle Puck 1.0
