Thank you for the demo! I just got 3 - 6 pks of distress crayons. You gave me some great ideas on what all I can do with them and I am ready to try them out! You are create fun videos. I've now subscribed to you! Thanks again!
Thank you for all your great videos. You are one of my new favorite TH-camr. I enjoy the experiments you do with these various art supplies, they are always very informative and helpful for others to determine whether to invest in these materials or not.
loved the video! been very interested in getting started in Art journaling. I've been watching lots of videos on different techniques and media you can use. been hearing about the distress crayons and wanted to learn more about how to use them. so thanks for the video. it was very inspirational! I can't wait to get started! :D
This was the first time I have ever seen one of your videos, and the reason i watched it was I bought the distress crayons, but I'm not sure if I am the right person to use them. I am not an artist, and I really haven't spent much of any time making my own background papers, but I was hoping there were other ways to use them. Really enjoyed your video, though and subscribed to your TH-cam space. Thanks for sharing!
Thank you for the beautiful Spark of Artspiration! I love it! and Have downloaded it. ;) I really appreciate it! ;) "Finding your tribe" is a great stencil. =) I love your page. =)
I bought some Mr. Sketch Gel Crayons for the same reason, to experiment. Gonna play some more before I make up my mind. I tried some black gel ink and the page took the gel ink no problem.
I was wondering how those distress crayons worked I have the crayola slicks and really like them. Its like using lipstick on paper. Thank you for your cheerful videos
Thank you I really like it but also you taught me just to play with it. That I can have a fun time. I have a tendency to the to make it all perfect. Do you have a tip to help me not to do that. Again thank you but which one did you like the best. I hope you don't mind. I joined your youtube and the little bell.
There's been a lot of videos in the last few weeks about crayons, gelatos etc. I AM BEGGING YOU TO GIVE US A TOUR OF YOUR CRSFT ROOM. WHATS IN ALL THOSE DRAWERS? PLEASE!
How would you compare the distress crayons to Gelatoes? And how about prices? Your playing turned out awesome. It's a pleasure watching you, you have great tutorials and are so upbeat. TFS.
if you use them on your bible use them after you have used some gesso on your page. since they are water activated the amount of water you use crinkles the paper, they wont bleed though. but I will say they work better with the gesso down, the bible paper is so absorbent that you still see the crayon lines after you used water on them. I love bible journaling with the crayons but I prep my page with gesso before or use them like watercolour paints.
Really enjoy your vids.

Hi Carolyn! Great review.🙌 I wonder how gel pens would react. Maybe a white one would give you the pop you were looking for.???
I still love me Crayola's and those dot to dot colouring pads. And I'm 49.

Do the T.H. Distress Crayons bleed or ghost when used w/water on very thin paper, such as in the Bible?
