    This is a great explanation. For someone that watches a lot of golf instructors, this provides a really solid, comprehensive step by step feel/body/position that is required to eliminate/reduce the bad moves. I like how you talk about the arms not doing anything and letting the body action the downswing.

    Good video here. I've had to work on my release lately because I practice a lot with foam balls and the release doesn't translate exactly into hitting real balls.
