Your opening comments directing our attention as to what is the proper feelings and movements instead of whats not do Was spot on. Thank you for not using up my limited attention span and getting right to the meat and potato’s of what is extremely important part of the golf swing. 👍
At first it was all about my downswing & I summarily neglected the backswing. I was taking the club back inside off the swing plane! Now I try to take the club back feeling like I'm going way wide as compared to before. Doing this made ball contact better. Now I'm trying to keep an even tempo from backswing to downswing, not trying to go super fast on the downswing. I think too many amateur golfers don't realize how importan that backswing is. Like you sais it can all go wrong in the first few feet. Thanks Jon.
toujours aussi bon Jonathan. il me fait progresser au golf et en Anglais. c'est formidable , j'arrive à le comprendre son anglais ET ses leçons de golf. MERCI
This pushing the heel pad down works great for irons. Love how it seems to give me the proper tilt in backswing without even trying. Struggle with using it for driver. Please help!!
If i was starting golf again(or maybe a winter project) i would definitely hover the club,i play with a good natural golfer that does, but he doesnt know he does!I have a slightly right sided start to the swing but have naturally developed a slight press into the ground and towards the target, I know this doesnt make sense as im using the right side and resisting with it at the same time! But i want heavy arms or a millisecond lag b4 they move.Terms like coil, turn etc dont work for me as i then use to much muscular effort! i like get out the way! or create space or push into the ground with my right foot whilst moving away from target.
PPS agree with all lead hand stuff in this video espec butt width at left arm // but right side milliseconds has to work first but so easy to overdo right side move hence forward press
Always well explained. Thanks!

Any idea what I can use in place of the swing plane alignment stick, can only practice of mats where I am.??
You can get a golf swing plate which holds 2 alignment sticks, one flat ,one in the air, have a look on amazon, etc.
@@terryslevin2477 thank you, very much for the info

PS i def want to load the lead shoulder But my right side has to create space for this to happen
